I STAYED WITH A FRIEND HERE AT THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATOR WAS VERY NICE, OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT, THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN. VERY CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT, EASY TO GET TO PLACES, NOT FAR FROM THE CENTER.

Lay down on the bed fully dressed. Checked out of the hotel after two hours.
The bathroom was dirty, the metal shower hose covered in limescale. Not to mention the grout behind the toilet.
I've stayed in many hotels during my career, including abroad. But I've never lain down on the bed fully dressed.

Reception was unmanned, then someone who didn't speak German came and couldn't find our booking. It was a real pain!
Later, everything went quickly; the staff was friendly, but the breakfast buffet was cleared away at 9:30 a.m. sharp, even though the room information stated it was open until 10:00 a.m. The third bed looked uncomfortable, but it was usable for two nights.
Cleanliness: This hotel is not for the faint of heart: Bed linens and towels, mirror, and floor were spotless, but the toilet was covered in brown feces, and the vanity bin was still full from the previous guests.... The large bathroom with a bathtub was comfortable for three people.
Value for money OK.

SCANDAL! I have been deceived and robbed. I booked 2 rooms - for me and my father at a low price, but the employee said it was a mistake and did not allow me to enter the hotel. I have a booking confirmation and paid by card. The employee did not give his name, did not want to help and refused to enter the hotel. I am asking for my money and time back. I am a German citizen and we should report such things to the police. My 65-year-old parent has to go to the street because the employee refused.

Despite the difficult situation, our stay in this hotel couldn't have been better. Although a very late arrival, we have been warmly welcomed and everything had been done to ease the registration. The room was big, very nice and clean as was the huge bathroom... Breakfast was perfect (and I must say that a good coffee it's not easy to find in Germany..😜). And on the top of all this, the value for money couldn't be beaten. So a real pleasure. You made our stay much better than it could have been.

We stayed in this hotel with work colleagues and we had booked doubles. The beds were doubles and were very small for two people and we asked if we could have single beds. The best I managed to do a quadruple room with a large double and two sofa beds. Really a bad service...
