The location isn't exactly beautiful, BUT! The friendliness and service more than make up for it. Getting around by car is no problem, especially since there's plenty of free parking nearby.

Everything was great, the only thing I didn't like was that we went for a walk and when we returned we had to wait a long time with other guests for them to open the door for us because the receptionist was doing his rounds, and it was winter and nighttime

About what you can expect from a 3 star hotel in Germany: average hotel with employees that don't speak or don't want to speak English. The bed was comfortable so we got a good night's sleep. Not worth Unfriendly front desk, no parking

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. Parking is very convenient and secure. Restaurant is great, food is good.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city and thus a great starting point for any activity. It is not the most modern one but it is very well cared for. Clean, cozy, and comfortable - we felt immediately at home.

Good location and rooms fine (although I was frequently woken up by the trams outside). The check-in process is a disaster, though. I spent an hour on a web-chat with Booking.com, as the booking system didn't recognise my booking and I was locked-out of my room as my key-card no longer worked. in addition, the booking screen froze on two separate occasions.

I have stayed in this hotel several times now and am always happy about the "certain" something in the ambience. The service is very good and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, so much so that I am always annoyed that I get full too quickly. Slight deductions for the rooms and bathrooms.
