We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the H10 Berlin. The rooms are modern, very clean, and offer a pleasant, quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, whether at check-in or with questions about local attractions. I especially loved the breakfast: a wide selection, fresh products, and a cozy atmosphere. The location is also fantastic – central and well-connected, yet still quiet. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for a city break in Berlin. We'd love to come back!

Excellent service, very clean and beautiful hotel

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

Wonderful hotel!
It’s perfectly located in the city center. I love walking during my travels, and the location of this hotel made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city on foot.

The rooms were clean and cozy, with a huge and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. There was also a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch.

The only downside — I was traveling with friends and we had a triple room. It was a bit uncomfortable because the bathroom had a glass door. Not the most convenient choice for shared accommodation.

Other than that, everything was great!

I booked this hotel in Berlin a few days ago, which was shown to me on the internet. It was very good, and I paid a lot of money for it. And when I reached there, the room that was given to me, the AC of that room was not working. And it was so hot, I was traveling with my wife and children. And as you know, when I travel with my family, I try to book the best hotel service. But because of the heat, my children kept crying. I also told their staff, who first told me that we will give you a room at 3 o'clock. Then they said, no, they don't even have that available. Then they told me that we will change my room tomorrow. I spent the night there with a lot of difficulty. No one asked me anything the next day. Meanwhile, they offered me some drinks once in the middle, so that my anger could cool down. But I never asked for that thing. I always paid for a good service, which I did not get. I am very disappointed. When I checked out, I told them that I am very disappointed. Because I was traveling with my family, and I gave you very bad services.

A really great hotel. Nice people, comfortable rooms and decent, if overpriced, food. Even the meeting room was good: quiet, natural light, comfortable chairs. Highly recommended

Great location, nice staff. However extra bed wasn’t made, and extra towels were “ forgotten” 3 days out of 4. We were 3 people and only towels for 2 given. Poor service from housekeeping.
