H10 Ku'Damm Lofts in Berlin

I booked this hotel in Berlin a few days ago, which was shown to me on the internet. It was very good, and I paid a lot of money for it. And when I reached there, the room that was given to me, the AC of that room was not working. And it was so hot, I was traveling with my wife and children. And as you know, when I travel with my family, I try to book the best hotel service. But because of the heat, my children kept crying. I also told their staff, who first told me that we will give you a room at 3 o'clock. Then they said, no, they don't even have that available. Then they told me that we will change my room tomorrow. I spent the night there with a lot of difficulty. No one asked me anything the next day. Meanwhile, they offered me some drinks once in the middle, so that my anger could cool down. But I never asked for that thing. I always paid for a good service, which I did not get. I am very disappointed. When I checked out, I told them that I am very disappointed. Because I was traveling with my family, and I gave you very bad services.
