Amazing hotel! It is very beautiful inside . The bedroom was spacious even though it was described as a petite room. The breakfast was fantastic , its great you can order omelette or eggs from the menu which are made just for you. They also have a good coffe . Hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was nice that they provide lots of products under the shower and the room fridge was also filled to perfection. I will come back .

Music too loud at night, can’t sleep, we have three rooms in different floor, all hear loud music at the hotel bar/disco at night. If you looking for a quiet place, this is not the one. Also, they don’t give you complementary all the time.

Upper market Hotel in popular zoologisher gardens area. The Kaiser Wilhelm Church nearby is a must see. This area also has a lot of the upper market high street stores. Rooms and hotel are quite dark. You are provided with everything you need to enjoy the stay including a free drink when you arrive. Wardrobe space could be a bit more for two people. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lounge area is nice and stylish.

I add a bad experience in this hotel due to some errors (charging twice breakfasts, and having to change rooms due to the super noisy rooftop). Fun fact, the hotel complained to google about my feedback (initially I just wanted to give honest feedback, when I have a good experience I write it, same when it is bad - that's the beauty of the reviews in Google maps), so google deleted my comment saying that it was "discrimination"? This gives you a good idea of how the hotel manages feedback, but I really sad to see that businesses are prioritized over users (after all "we are the product" when using free tools). So I'm not. suprised now why the overall evaluation is good if the "not great" experiences are deleted.

My preferred hotel in Berlin - modern design, nicely decorated rooms - do not take the smallest category, as it is too small. Breakfast is expensive but the a la carte option is good and with reasonable prices. Hotel roof terrace is really cool, but often closed or with private events.

Rooms are very small, no outlets beside the bed. Breakfast is NOT included, it's €45 per person, which is outrageous. Hotel is very dark, I felt like I was staying in the Batcave. A guest found a dead cockroach. Won't be back.
