Decent, nothing special. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a large double bed and a single, foldable extra bed. The foldable bed was really uncomfortable; it felt broken, with one side higher than the other, making for a terrible night's sleep. The main double bed was fine. The room size was good, and there was a balcony with a nice view. Breakfast was typical of what you'd expect at a European hotel.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I booked 3 rooms for my guests, expecting a decent hotel, but what we found was unacceptable for the price (€450+ total).
The rooms were dirty, with visible stains all over the beds and bedding, dirty curtains, missing pillow covers, leftover food, and even ants in one of the rooms. It was extremely embarrassing, especially since I had booked these rooms for guests.
I immediately reported everything with photos, yet the compensation offered was completely inadequate — only a partial refund for part of the booking, despite all 3 rooms being affected by the poor hygiene and unacceptable conditions.
This hotel does not meet even basic cleanliness standards, let alone what you would expect for this price. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s not a 5 star, only 4star hotel. Rooms and amenities quite good, location isn’t the best, though it’s in walking distance to Kurfuerstendamm

Wonderful hotel in every aspect. Very clean and fully functioning room with touch pad light controls, Sky Premier League on the TV and a free minibar that is restocked daily!
Quiet location with public transport links to areas of interest easily accessible. Lovely little square around the corner with nice restaurants and an Aldi.
Would have happily paid double which alone speaks to the value of the place. Thoroughly recommended.

Room cleaning is an issue. They came to refill drink bottles but they didnt clean the room neither they change the use towels.
Breakfast is too notch.

The hotel and the service are good. Location is a bit far from the town/shopping area but nothing a Uber cant fix. Quiet place which is good for me. Overall a pretty nice place to stay for a good price, will be back if I travel to Berlin again

Fantastic experience. I just had a 15-hour FLIXBUS tour and arrived in Berlin at 9 am exhausted. Reception kindly helped me checking in in advance. The room's also perfect. Breakfast was good. Really enjoy my stay!

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get.
Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.
