Wonderful hotel in every aspect. Very clean and fully functioning room with touch pad light controls, Sky Premier League on the TV and a free minibar that is restocked daily!
Quiet location with public transport links to areas of interest easily accessible. Lovely little square around the corner with nice restaurants and an Aldi.
Would have happily paid double which alone speaks to the value of the place. Thoroughly recommended.

Room cleaning is an issue. They came to refill drink bottles but they didnt clean the room neither they change the use towels.
Breakfast is too notch.

The hotel and the service are good. Location is a bit far from the town/shopping area but nothing a Uber cant fix. Quiet place which is good for me. Overall a pretty nice place to stay for a good price, will be back if I travel to Berlin again

Fantastic experience. I just had a 15-hour FLIXBUS tour and arrived in Berlin at 9 am exhausted. Reception kindly helped me checking in in advance. The room's also perfect. Breakfast was good. Really enjoy my stay!

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get.
Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

Good air conditioning but in the evenings there was a strong cannabis smell from the vents. Cleaning was good, but the bedding needs to be replaced (some holes in one of the duvet covers, and pillows are too flat). A pipe in the shower was leaking and the temperature of the water was inconsistent when showering. Beds were comfy apart from the flat pillows. Good blackout curtains. Minibar well handled and coffee machine in the room was good.
Common areas well looked after. Breakfast was decent (but nothing very special, coffee was great though) and the breakfast staff was amazing. Breakfast room crowded in the last hour, so recommend doing early breakfasts. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
All in all a decent, not great, hotel. A bit pricey considering the quality. Definitely recommend the area if you're looking for a fairly quiet part of town, where there is little noise. Very good restaurants in the area (definitely check out Pastalina just about 100 metres from the hotel).

I just shocked about one guy I think is the manager he name is Angel but the angel no have nothing he He yells and swears, he's very rude. I made a reservation extension and he didn't have the patience to wait for me to open my cell phone and started yelling at me. Guys, I was scared, I think he was on drugs because it wasn't normal. He also yelled at several employees. The worst person to work for in a hotel (Angel), his name is. Whoever goes to the hotel should be careful.
