I had a call to the Hotel before my arrival time in 8pm on the day to remind my booking.
when i arrived the Hotel, i was heard my booking is not available, should transfer to other hotel,
they did this with free of Taxi. (15min distance)
i had to come back for tomorrow with my budget, since i have a conferenece nearby Intercontinental.

One small thing to mention: the corridors are divided into sections where the lights turn on only when someone enters. It’s an energy-saving system, but as someone who is afraid of the dark, I found walking toward the unlit sections a bit unsettling at times (see the photo).
That said, this is just a personal note — everything else was fantastic, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
The location was good, even though we had to take the metro, which was only a few meters from the hotel.
The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a bar, and many other services.
The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The curtains were completely blackout despite the large windows.
Breakfast was spectacular, with plenty of variety and everything very fresh.
This hotel was bookef for me by a third person, so I can’t leave my review on Booking.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.
