The price is a con for what you get. Especially as everything was either “booked”, out of service or very falsely advertised.
Some staff very friendly but on the whole they could REALLY use a course in how to run an average hotel. This would be a step up. A 4-star should have trained personnel who understand tourists. We felt odd during our stay and certainly not fully comfortable.
Decent breakfast, rooms were clean.
Right opposite the historic elevator which is a great place to take in the golden hour with a nice beverage 🥂
A note to future international travellers: avoid this establishment. Unless, of course, they would have reprimanded or fired the racist staff already.
Update we have been coming every year for the dance except during covid.
