Hotel Rene in Skiathos Town

The communication with the property was very efficient and friendly right before we arrived. The location is great and accessible, 10min away from the port and the town center, surrounded by silence day and night. The view is breathtaking. The room was beautiful and big, with a nice balcony and it was cleaned every day. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. They have pool and sunbeds where you can relax during the day. The host and all people working in the hotel were nice, friendly and welcoming. Thanks for having us!

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Skiathos, staying at the Hotel Rene, which has been an absolute joy... The friendly, cheerful and helpful staff made our stay fantastic. The hotel is in an elevated position, with stunning views over the bay. The rooms are clean and modern, with fresh towels every day. The hotel is just 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The hotel has a lovely pool and deck area, as well as a well stocked 'honesty' bar, which works well. ...and you must sample Mod's Thai menu, which is superb. Plenty of parking as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rene and will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Skiathos.

Fantastic little hotel with amazingly friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. The hotel has an elevated position and has the most incredible views. Very clean, with fresh towels every day. Great bar and the Thai food is fabulous. We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Skiathos, staying at Hotel Rene and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Such an easy 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Skiathos.

Excellent family-run hotel in great location for walks into Skiathos town and beach. Our second visit and once again had a wonderful stay, with perfect hosts. As photos show, panoramic views across Skiathos bay from rooms and pool. The hotel has a very relaxing and peaceful ambience. Sea-view balcony rooms are spacious, well equipped with thoughtfully furnished. All staff, reception, breakfast room, cleaning are friendly, conscientious and proud of their hotel. The hotel would be difficult to match in Skiathos town.

Staff super friendly. Hotel located on higher ground offering stunning sea views. Lovely quiet family run hotel with great rooms and great service from all staff. and nice poolside areas. 15 minute walk to Skiathos port and nearest beach only 5 minutes away. It was a great location

My husband and I had the best time at this family run hotel😊. We couldn’t fault it. From the owners to the staff, everyone was helpful and always had a smile. Beautiful and clean and very comfy beds. Great location, about a mile to walk into Skiathos town and fabulous views from our terrace👌. Thank you again for a great stay

I could have stayed here forever! The hotel has the most idyllic view. It is spotlessly clean all of the time. The owners and staff are all very polite and helpful. Breakfast is adequate, fine if you are not expecting a full English. Pool great. Yes there is a steep incline to get to the hotel but 100% worth it for the view. Short walk either into town or to the beach.

Excellent hotel in every aspect:location, amenities, cleanliness,food and staff cannot fault.will return without a doubt.

From start to finish just an amazing holiday. Lovely welcome on arrival. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful pool, sunbeds, poolside bar with amazing views and never a problem getting a sunbed. Fantastic location just a few minutes walk downhill to bus stop number 4, Little Balcony etc. Everything on your doorstep. Don't be worried about the hill back - we ended up down the road in Skiathos Town most nights and just jumped an easy taxi home each time. Also - lovely Thai food at Rene itself. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Skiathos.

What a fantastic little find. A great hotel just far enough out of town, Run by a friendly hard working family. The hotel is spotless , all the rooms face the fantastic view. It was just what we were looking for, very quiet and near to town. We will be back.Thank you.
