The staff were extremely welcoming and came to meet us from the taxi. Check in was seamless, we already knew it was extra for aircon as the booking told us so, so not sure why people think it’s unexpected. We arrived just in time for the Greek night and were welcomed to a table. The room was okay, very dark, but with a nice Mountain View. The room could do with upgrading, but I believe this work in ongoing and they did have tradesmen in each day doing jobs. The hospitality is second to none, we were self catering but ate in Nicko’s each day as it was so good. Definitely recommend.

The Plessas family work so hard at this lovely hotel in Alykanas. Beautiful views of the hillsides from our balcony. Rooms were basic but clean, comfy beds made every day and clean sheets and towels every couple of days. Breakfast was basic but ample (ham, cheese, boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit etc). Air con and safe were extras to be aware of. Nicos bar at the hotel served great food and the Greek night was a lot of fun. Perfect location for a stroll into Alykanas where there are lots of bars and restaurants. 15 minute walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend this lovely, family run hotel and hope to return one day

The rooms were excellent for our needs, clean daily , The staff were also excellent, give a shout out to Maria on reception, Miri behind the bar and not forgetting Niko. Had a great time and have booked for next year.

Positives: Nice pool area. Comfortable sunbeds. Food nice in the attached Nico's bar. The room was clean. Location ok. Negatives: The room 210. Dark, dingy and disappointing. A large but horrible, weird room. L shaped and in a dark corner if the building. A storage room and a standard room knocked into one, to create some sort of family room. Two different external doors, to add to the confusion. Situated by the cleaners storage cupboard so very noisy. Very dated. No privacy at all on the balcony from the adjacent room, to the point of being cringey. Shower cubicle grotty and old, all fitments need replacing. Ridiculous towel on sunbeds culture, that the hotel needs to address. Air conditioning 10 Euros per night. Safe located in main reception in full view of everybody. Breakfast, lets just say, you wouldnt starve. Family run and seems to have a returning set of annual customers but I definitely would not return.

Have just returned from this hotel, I have never had a room like this anywhere before , I am shocked that the reviews are good ? While the pool area is nice the rooms are dirty and in serious need of updating , broken shower , lights , Very grimey beds are vile all bits hanging on the floor , I have never done a review before but I am in utter shock , A lady with her husband arrived while I was leaving and had requested ground floor room , was given 2nd floor she was also shocked on the state of the room , her husband as health issues she complained and will be moved but is just thinking of going else where if this room is the same , Breakfast is not even worth bothering with no choice very basic terrible. While it’s near beach and restaurants which are brilliant I would not advice anyone to stay here , I should have taken pictures at the time and I forgot the loo seat looked disgusting with a discolored lid and seat , Find yourself another place ,

Me and my boyfriend went recently amd we had a wonderful time. The people are amazing! The beach is close and the sheets are clean and the food is sooo tasty from Nicos restaurant ! We are definitely planning to come again.

Stayed here for 7 nights S/Catering, first impressions were good, lovely pool area & bar area. But we found the Studio accommodation to be a little tired, on first use the shower flooded the bathroom floor, plug in basin did not work, no plug of washing up bowl for kitchen area, the oven/hotplate/grill was very dated, kitchen sink taps as the bathroom taps all need replacing. On check out owner, never asked how was are stay , or wish us a safe journey home. Many repeat customers, which i find amazing, all in all did not expect much for the price, but was not up to a reasonable standard. Would nit return or recommed

Stayed here May 22 to June 5 2025 with my brother Gary The hotel is in fantastic location 15 min walk to beach passing lots of shops bars restaurants The accommodation is ideal kept clean by cleaners clean towels daily bedding changed every couple of days Has a lovely pool with loads of sun beds There is It’s own pool bar called Nikos Place which serves Mythical Ale and lovely food The bar staff Miri and Niko are fantastic friendly and funny and i guarantee you’ll have great experience there Would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel

A great stay in a lovely hotel, facilities were great with a lovely pool, Plenty of wonderful entertainment and great food and amazing cocktails! All staff were very friendly and welcoming making our holiday very enjoyable, Would love to return,

Great value for money, family run hotel. Rooms basic but cleaned every day, we had room 17 overlooking the countryside. Nikos and Miri who run the restaurant made it fun when eating, service and food very good. A bit far from the beach for us. No handrails on stairs so partner who has moblity found it stressful.
