Balcony Hotel - Adults Only in Tsilivi-Planos

A unique place overlooking the entire beach in Tsilivi. Very tasty breakfasts with the opportunity to spend time listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful view. Standard hotel rooms, but they have everything you need. Very pleasant service and well-kept surroundings. Direct access to a small beach from the hotel. The nearest taverns and town center are no more than 1 km away.

This was awesome. We had the junior suite with a panoramic view, jacuzzi beautiful bed and beautiful bathroom. With the sitting room it seemed like this was a special apartment for a special couple. The staff was perfect. Elana was great. We did not want to leave.

I had 4 amazing days. All the ladies are very friendly. They gave me towel while hearing I’m going to take a day trip to shipwreck. Also they helped me to book taxi after knowing I’m going to Zante town centre. I feel very relaxed every day when seeing the sea from my balcony.

The breakfast is fantastic. All the food and bakery are homemade. The mushroom is so delicious as well as the apple pie. Homemade sandwich is good. They clean the room to the highest standards and even better than some 4-star hotels.

Very close to beach where you can walk within 8 minutes. Wedding are frequent but not noisy at all. I just came back and has started to miss Balcony hotel. Thanks ladies and you provided a good memory for me.

Everything was exceptional! There is no other option for when we return to Zakynthos! Eleni and Anastasia were always smiling and happy to help us. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially the sunset watched from the terrace. The cleanliness is exemplary. The room is spacious and bright. A perfect 10 for everyone who takes care of this hotel.

We have been visiting our friends staying at this hotel and have been treated as their guests with very welcoming service and kind approach. The hotel is located on the beautiful cliff with stunning view and very well furnished rooms. Breakfast has variety of options : sweet and sour. Hotel is decorated with fresh cut flowers and is very clean. Private parking available for the guests.

Amazing hotel. Incredible view. Most romantic dinner setting ever. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend anyone. Also the breakfast is awesome. Home made carrot cake is incredible.

We arrived at the Balcony Hotel on a saturday, after staying the week before at a appartment in Laganas. Our intentions were to spend the last week of our holiday at a more luxurious hotel than the week before.

The Balcony Hotel exceeded these expectations. The room we booked (225) had a view that was far beyond anything the pictures could portray, but the view from the terrace was as well. The room was quite large and the bed was an excellent bed to spend multiple nights in. The bathroom and shower were really nice and there were plenty off supplies to pamper yourself with. The room also contained a well functioning AC, small safe, bathrobes and multiple towels, refridgerator, laundry service and daily house keeping.

Breakfast was delicious with an incredible amount of in house made pastries and savoury options. The available options even changed with each day, making every morning a little surprise what deliciousness you could start the day with. The Balcony Restaurant also delivered the best dinners we had the entire 2 weeks we were on the island.

However, the most positive aspect of our stay and of this hotel is the staff. Everybody greets you with a smile and cares deeply about the level of comfort during your stay. the owner of the Hotel is also involved in day to day operations and makes sure to take a little time to chat with you, making you feel very welcome.

The only thing is would have wanted extra during our stay would have been access to a gym and pool, but i also belive the aim is not to be the kind of hotel that would have a gym or pool, so it's a small coplaint.

Overall I would highly suggest you book a room at this hotel. The price is fair for the level of service and comfort you get and the view and friendlyness of the staff is on a whole other level

Went to daughters wedding here absolutely fabulous place nothing was too much they and tslivi weddings made her feel like a princess.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice view from our balcony and very accommodating.
Just marked down by the management asking us if we could get cash to pay for our two weeks holiday, or to make a bank transfer. We have travel credit cards for this purpose to avoid extra charges. They claimed that they only had one card machine and it was broken. When we did come to check out and pay they produced a second card machine....mmm....tax dodge?
