The hotel complex is surrounded by trees, in a scenic location only 150 metres from the famous sandy beach of Tsilivi. It offers bright and spacious studios and apartments, most of which have a kitchenette. A short walk to many seaside fish taverns, supermarkets and bars. For a relaxing family holiday.

Consists of a complex 3-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 2 km away.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in August, and it was exactly what we expected: a decent hotel with a gorgeous view. The rooms were very nice, the bathroom was well equipped, cleaning was done daily, and if you wanted the sheets or towels changed, you just had to ask. The staff was very good and responsive to any question or issue we had.

I think there’s some room for improvement with breakfast and maybe lowering the AC a bit, but otherwise, it’s a really nice hotel. And yes, the access ramp is quite steep, but I still think it’s worth it for the view you get.

P.S.: The AC can be turned on using your mobile phone, so you don’t necessarily need to pay that extra fee.

The hotel in total is not bad, BUT if you like uphill walking then is no problem, you need to pay extra 7 Euro a day for the airco above your reservation, service & breakfast was good, close to the beach. But I don't really find the rooms that clean (I guess they clean the floor without detergent), the wc and the bathroom were never cleaned our entire stay only the towels were changed as we put them on the ground.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth 3 Stars

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The location is poor, and the facilities are far from what you'd expect from a 3-star property. The pool is heavily treated with chlorine, making it uncomfortable to use. Even worse, the corridors reek of cat urine, which made moving around the hotel extremely unpleasant.

We raised our concerns multiple times, but every issue was dismissed with the same excuse: “This is hotel policy,” as quoted by the management. There was no real attempt to address or resolve our complaints.

Overall, this place does not live up to its rating. I would not recommend it.

I stayed here for a week and I enjoyed it.

It's not loud outside because it is a bit from the city but I have 2 complaints.

Number 1: basic breakfast, not a lot to choose from but the food was really good.

Number 2: The bathroom door didn't have a lock and the door was glass and you could somewhat see through it.

The staff was super kind, helpful and their English was good enough to understand them.

The cleaning staff came every day and gave us new towels, sheets and blankets. They were super fast with their cleaning, took 20-30 min.

The pool was nice and the water was cold but not too cold.

I would recommend coming here if you want a cheap somewhat high-quality place to stay.

The staff is really nice and helpful. It’s located uphill a little bit, so keep in mind there’s a bit of a slope and some stairs. The view is very nice though, I really enjoyed my stay :)

Since the first moment we arrived there we waited to the reception about 40 minutes because no one was there. The room was clean cozy and good for the price. The bed was comfortable . If you use the safe in the room you have to pay and I actually did not know this. I put my passport in there and i could not open it anymore. When i went to the reception they told us that if you use the safe you have to pay money,which is not a big deal but i think they should have told us before.
The breakfast was normal. There was no feta cheese (strange since we were in Greece) and there was not to much variety of things to eat.

Absolutely brilliant.
Staff excellent. They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family.
Clean bedding and towels almost daily.
Views are amazing..... But you have to get up two steep inclines to reach the ground floor, then 2 more floors if your right at the top.
Pool and sunbathing excellent.
Food very good.
Greek night class.
I would recommend totally.
Miss it like mad.

Very nice quiet place with an amazing view.
Close to a touristic beach that is fun for one or two days and whatever shops and rentals you might need.
Great breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options. Very friendly staff.
The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it.
Definitely recommend!

Really lovely place... The view is fantastic, rooms are great, pool is good, the staff are very kind. Only thing missing is a playground for the kids.
