Yannis, Sandy and Maria were all lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my friends on our holiday. We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us and they were perfect for what we required. Was great to be back last month May 2022 for a week. As always spotlessly clean, towels and beds changed regularly during visit, sure it was 3 times. Sandy and Giannis as welcoming as ever, met up with old friends,looking forward to going back. Its a great place, you are really looked after here, even if you travel alone you make friends and people look out for you.

Stayed for a week in September and nothing was too much trouble for Yiannis and his amazing team. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, huge terrace. Something for all tastes at breakfast. A unique place overlooking the entire beach in Tsilivi. Very tasty breakfasts with the opportunity to spend time listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful view. Standard hotel rooms, but they have everything you need. Very pleasant service and well-kept surroundings. Direct access to a small beach from the hotel. The nearest taverns and town center are no more than 1 km away.

Everything was exceptional! There is no other option for when we return to Zakynthos! Eleni and Anastasia were always smiling and happy to help us. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially the sunset watched from the terrace. The cleanliness is exemplary. The room is spacious and bright. A perfect 10 for everyone who takes care of this hotel.

We have been visiting our friends staying at this hotel and have been treated as their guests with very welcoming service and kind approach. The hotel is located on the beautiful cliff with stunning view and very well furnished rooms. Breakfast has variety of options : sweet and sour. We had a great 2 week stay in a superior second floor apartment, it was very clean, a good size and the balcony had an AMAZING view. The pool was lovely and did alternate days with the beach. The location is about ten or twenty minutes drive from the airport. Overall it is suitable for vacation and leisure. The room is very beautiful and modern, very casual and comfortable. There are cats in the yard and the breakfast is pretty good. It’s just that the transportation may not be that convenient, so you need to make an appointment or rent a car.

Just returned from a week staying at this hotel. The location was perfect close to everything. The hotel was clean and rooms were a good size. Staff were all lovely, but wouldn't hurt to smile a little more often. Food was hit and miss and never hot but we didn't starve and really enjoyed the cold buffet selection. Our favourite hotel whilst island hopping. The location is just beautiful, in a peaceful setting overlooking the ocean. We renamed the hotel ‘little eden’ after a few days. The location is perfect and seclusive, but perfect starting point to explore the rest of the island.
