Our stay at the hotel was amazing, with clean and well equipped room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect and we could walk to the beach and the city.

Wonderful accomodation close to the port and town. Easy to get the buses to the beach or a taxi if you need. Lila offered a great orientation to Syros on arrival which was really helpful as we didn't have alot of time to research/plan in advance. Lovely stay at Dolphin Bay. We had a family room. Very comfortable , clean and lovely garden view. Pool area nice although very busy. Beach just outside the hotel is beautiful with clear water. A lovely shallow bay to have a swim in. All staff very helpful and friendly. Nice touch for the kids with free popcorn and ice-cream round the pool bar during the day.

Great family resort the pool and location of the beach was wonderful. Kids enjoyed free ice-cream and popcorn throughout the day. Pool service was pricey but there are many options very close by for food and drinks. Our room (family) was quite dated however we knew people in a single room and it was newly renovated and had great views.

Dolphin bay was an amazing stay. I was here for a week with a group, they were incredibly accommodating and super helpful. We were supposed to leave but our Ferris was delayed a day and they accommodated us getting new rooms. The rooms were very clean, the beach is really close and the pool is huge! Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, close to all the shops and restaurants in Ermoupoli. Staff is very attentive and kind. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated. One big complaint is the street noise, if you leave your windows open, which is very tempting to do on this beautiful island. A smaller complaint: lack of coffee machines or kettles in the room.
