It is a beautiful hotel filled with fascinating art, beautiful individually curated rooms, a lovely peaceful garden, a fun bar with delicious cocktails, and chic rooftop restaurant with a wonderful view and interesting food

There are two lovely outdoor terraces to have breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening with great views. It’s a short walk to Ermoupoli with lots of great shops

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Aristide and I hope to come back many more times

Syros is a beautiful island and this would be a perfect honeymoon hotel

One big complaint is the street noise, if you leave your windows open, which is very tempting to do on this beautiful island. A smaller complaint: lack of coffee machines or kettles in the room

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, close to all the shops and restaurants in Ermoupoli. Staff is very attentive and kind. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated

We stayed at Hotel Ploes in September for 3 nights in a deluxe double sea view room! We were welcomed upon arrival by the owner who is so very sweet and welcoming! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view! The breakfast on the patio is delicious and offers so much

To begin, I seldom write a review unless my experience was horrible. Hotel Ploes will be the EXCEPTION!!!. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Ploes for 7-nights and our stay could not have been more enjoyable

Easy stress free entry into building and room in this perfectly situated suite. Staff was accessible and responsive to our requests including tourism sites, drivers, and access to medical care.

Great hotel! Great service ! Delicious Breakfast and divine cocktails! Highly recommend the whisky and vodka sour! Syros is a stunning island in the Cyclades.

The staff at Hotel Ploes go out of their way to ensure your stay in the hotel is exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel operation

Very nice hotel, close to the centre and right above the beach. The staff is very kind and courteous and assisted us with everything we needed. Clean and allows pets.

This hotel is historic and beautiful. An easy walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was great.

Both rooms were sumptuously decorated and there was plenty of seating available. Being on the ground floor we were close to the street although double glazing and heavy curtain muffled any outside noise

We stayed in Room 2 on the ground floor, which is probably the grandest room in the hotel. It was a mezzanine arrangement, the main bedroom with a huge bed on the lower floor and two smaller beds on the upper

Breakfast was served on the terrace on the second floor, which doubles as a bar in the evenings; we used a small lift to get there. You chose items from the menu and they were served by friendly staff

We mainly patronised restaurants in the Kiparissou area – they served great food and were excellent value for money. For that romantic atmosphere we went to Mazi restaurant, just off the main square

Our room was spacious, with a lovely sea view and a beautiful balcony, perfect for relaxing. We are already looking forward to coming back! See you soon Michael and Rivka

We had as a couple a really good experience in this hotel. The hosts Konstantina and Harrald are really friendly and it felt as home. The view on our balcony was stunning

Garage space inside the hotel, rich breakfast for everyone, the beach is right outside the entrance and every other location is within a ~20 minute drive. Will definitely visit again with a bigger group

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Brazzera. The hotel is owned by a very kind couple who truly go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience

We recently spent a couple nights here as part of our Honeymoon around the Cyclades, and honestly was our favourite place from our whole trip! Rooms are quaint, however its 10 steps from the beach and the staff were so lovely and helpful

The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was perfectly clean, and we received very helpful local advice on hiking and great nearby restaurants

Our room was located directly above the sea, which sent a calming noise through the room, fantastic for sleeping. The breakfast was popular with hotel guests and visitors alike, with a large array of food

The Hermes Hotel is conveniently located on the harbourside, around 10 mins walk from the Ferry Terminal. It is also adjacent to the main shopping area with a market nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean

We loved everything about the Hermes Hotel. The location is brilliant - right on the harbour of Ermoupoli, an easy, flat 10 min walk from the ferry, and a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful town

Had a room overlooking the harbor. Great view of the yachts coming and going in the harbor. Within steps to the center of town, multiple cafes, restaurants, and the shuttle boat launch

We booked a Suite with Sea View which I think is one of the best rooms available at the hotel and it was wonderful - super-spacious, light, beautiful contemporary design with a separate sitting area, a huge bathroom (with shower and bath), and a terrace to die for

The on-site bar was also well patronised. The Hermes Hotel Syros is a great value Hotel and I would most definitely recommend it

Easy walk from Ferry dock. Nice place. Great service. Walking distance to everything.

Bed a bit soft Bathroom small Shower poor , in middle of wall and water aims at outside floor , only one piece of glass in shower , gaps near wall and floor so outer floor always wet , shower not stay in place either

Arrived from Milos can see room from port 100 yards to the left next to petrol station Room available for us Check in very quick , staff excellent Room 27 top floor look out to port and beyond , not biggest room

Breakfast good huge list to choose from , staff all excellent. Great location bus terminal next to petrol station 50 yds away So easy to get around island Syros harbour away to left many shops , restaurants to explore

The view definitely includes the shipyard and stuff like that, and our room was a little tight for two people, but overall it’s a great value for a good location

After the research done, I had chosen Ethrion Hotel to spend our nine days stay. Honestly, the owner Georges is a nice man who helped us in some issues as well his son Dimitri and the lady Heleni who helps them

He could not be more helpful, showing us places to visit and restaurants, even gave us a history of the island of Syros. Room was very comfortable, views across the harbour from the balcony

We spent 4 days in Syros in June at the Ethrion Hotel. George, the owner was waiting for us and made sure every day that we had the best of the island for our holiday

Finally, as the hotel has a very short walk from where taxis can drop you off, George loaded our cases on his scooter to take them to the port to catch our ferry

Excellent location with Amazing views of the city and port from our balcony. George, was very helpful with guiding us on where to go and what to see

A final kind gesture from an excellent host who did everything to make our stay welcome. We will be back here when next in Syros

The (Vari) beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful with crystal clear waters and quite protected from the strong winds blowing during our stay. Last but not least, very competitive prices in accomodation

A lovely little hotel right on the beach in a sheltered bay. The staff could not be kinder or more welcoming. We immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The free sunbeds are a fantastic bonus

The breakfast included is good but could do with better coffee and fresh fried eggs - but everything else was wonderful. We got the bus from Ermoupouli which stops 50m from the hotel

They will do anything to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Food and room wete very very comfortable. A great place to stay if you want that authentic Greek experience

It's one of my favourite places in all Greece! The staff was great, chill and friendly. No shower curtain, but in the context, who cares? The sea-view room was awesome

Had a brilliant stay for a week wish it was longer really lovely family run hotel right on the beach comfy rooms with great views of the bay room cleaned every day also part of the hotel is Bolas restaurant which does great food sunbeds reserved for guests and free

Clean, decent, more like a 3 star than a 2 star hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, a family run business, close to everything in Ermoupoli ( centre, bus and boat stations, amenities, facilities, cafes, restaurants)

From there you can explore easily the city, all the shops are around. The Aegli is a small, family run place, so don't expect luxury. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but the view

This is my favourite budget hotel in my favourite cycladic island. The hotel stands in a quite side street above the harbor area, in the very center of Ermoupolis

Be sure to ask for a room on the upper floor, sit on the balcony and watch the sun setting over the harbor and the roofs of the houses

Trust the owners to give you solid advice on where to go, what to see and what to buy

comfortable, and very closed to the harbour.

Good experience The host was very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel itself has a unique character and is very spacious. Would love to stay again in future and would recommend this hotel to travelers

I have stayed in many hotels around the world,but this easily tops them all. Lila was exceptionally welcoming and very helpful

The rooms are clean and very spacious and the hotel has a wonderful vibe with the interior creating an exquisite relaxing vibe, and the exterior conforms to the traditional architecture of the island, making it very unique!Guesthouse is also very well located near the centre

This was such a good and comfy place to stay in! We were 6 girls and we got so good taken care of by the lady who works here! we all are so happy we chose this place, and we will come back!! Recommending this to everybody! The lady was so sweet and kind!

A very peaceful location yet only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants etc. The breakfast was delicious and Lila and her husband could not have been more pleasant and caring

I spend 2 weeks with my husband and 5 month’s baby at one of the apartments . We felt in love with Ermoupolis and Lila’s family. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to get back.

Our ferry was cancelled and the owner went out of his way to help us. Of all the properties we have visited in Greece this is our favourite. Thank you

The owner, Nikos, was really nice and friendly, eager to make our accommodation as good as possible. Breakfast came in a little basket each morning. All in all a wonderful experience, we’ll be back

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city yet very quiet and well maintained. Staff was lovely and breakfast was wonderful

A wonderful little hotel with really kind and helpful owners. Only drawback is that it faces the Main Street to the port so there’s some exhaust fumes when the doors and windows are open. Really comfortable space.

The rooms are luxury with comfortable bed and pillows, luxury linens, towels and bathroom products. The location is ideal for exploring Ermoupoli and the island. We are in our 70's and walked all over town

The rooms are lovely and spacious and have wonderful views of the Agean sea. The bathroom is quite large too. The host is very generous, kind and friendly

Soul Syros Luxury Suites was a lovely and charming stay! The location is ideal—right in the heart of Ermoupoli and within easy walking distance of a lot of our bookmarked restaurants, etc

Very nice shower in the bathroom, which had a tiny window which, when you opened it, you could see the sea

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help

The location is perfect, close to everything you need and ideal for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Wonderful central location, lovely staff , accommodation in neo classical architecture, the breakfast is served in a pavement cafe and you get a choice of a menu, lovely breakfast choices and a little different to the usual

Everything was unbelievable! The most awesome location in a historic building just opposite the town hall and the city square and 1 street back behind the waterfront. The staff were exceptional all so helpful

This lovely little boutique hotel situated just out of town offers a quiet break. Beautiful views of the town and water from the rooftop where you can take a breakfast tray

Staff could not have been more helpful offering some wonderful restaurant suggestions

It is located right by the stunning site of little Venice and offers very clean and elegant rooms with either sea- or City view to a very good price for value

The hotel also has a large rooftop terrace with sea view, which is a very beautiful place to enjoy a nice frappe. The owners were very welcoming and kind and the breakfast they made was delicious
