Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, close to all the shops and restaurants in Ermoupoli. Staff is very attentive and kind. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated. One big complaint is the street noise, if you leave your windows open, which is very tempting to do on this beautiful island. A smaller complaint: lack of coffee machines or kettles in the room.

We had as a couple a really good experience in this hotel. The hosts Konstantina and Harrald are really friendly and it felt as home. The view on our balcony was stunning. The breakfast from Chef Harrald was really good, also the coffee Freddos.

Excellent service, the staff are amongst the friendliest hosts I ever know and this is the reason I write this review. I was on a business trip, meaning it's not my choice to stay here yet the staff offered their best service possible. Rooms clean and all in order.

This hotel is conveniently located in down town Syros main port next to lots of shops and tavernas. It is very clean, they offer a good breakfast and they have a very nice court yard for chilling and having your breakfast. Teas only priced and friendly service

Very nice and clean room. Next to KTEL. Very close to the port. 7-10 minutes walk to the center. Mrs. Jessica suggested shops to go to, churches, etc.. a small comprehensive tour of the 'good' things of the island. He also kept our luggage for us on the day of check out at the hotel so we had our day free.

A lovely little hotel right on the beach in a sheltered bay. The staff could not be kinder or more welcoming. We immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The free sunbeds are a fantastic bonus. The breakfast included is good but could do with better coffee and fresh fried eggs - but everything else was wonderful. We got the bus from Ermoupouli which stops 50m from the hotel.

Fantastic location. It's one of my favourite places in all Greece! The staff was great, chill and friendly. No shower curtain, but in the context, who cares? The sea-view room was awesome. The guy kept telling me, "Relax, no problem", and I actually did end up relaxing 😅

This is my favourite budget hotel in my favourite cycladic island. The hotel stands in a quite side street above the harbor area, in the very center of Ermoupolis. From there you can explore easily the city, all the shops are around. The Aegli is a small, family run place, so don't expect luxury. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but the view.... wow. Be sure to ask for a room on the upper floor...

We were not able to stay in this beautiful hotel because of a a/c issue. Chris was more than helpful and gave us a choice of staying and let us see the room. He even coordinated our transfer to a hotel nearby. But, the rooms are beautiful, the location is awesome and Chris was more than accommodating in his help and knowledge of the area. Absolutely wonderful. Lila picked us up from the ferry which was extremely kind. Our historic suite had views of the port, beautifully furnished, with high quality bed linen, fluffy pillows etc. A very peaceful location yet only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants etc. The breakfast was delicious and Lila and her husband could not have been more pleasant and caring. A short uphill walk from the port and all the action, this is a small nice hotel and Dimitri, the part time reception was very nice and helpful. No owner to find and the breakfast (at 15 euros/p) was very poor and not worth the money.
