The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were of great quality. The cooling system worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature.
The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The fresh orange juice at breakfast was truly delightful. The food selection was varied, but it could have been tastier and of higher quality. We also noticed that Greek cuisine was not very prominent on the menu.
The bar was outstanding – diverse, professional, and offering creative cocktails that exceeded our expectations.
The lazy river was perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach.
The right side of the beach was sandy, while the left side was rocky, so I highly recommend wearing water shoes.
Overall, I would give the highest rating to the staff and room cleanliness.
Additionally, there was a bus stop very close to the hotel, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.
Finally, a special thank you to Marina, Georgia, Rafaela, and Nicklas for their exceptional service and kindness, which made our stay truly unforgettable.
- The staff was amazing, super friendly and professional, from the waiters (shoutout to Vaios, Mustafa, and Paul!) to the cleaning ladies and the bar staff.
- The food was fantastic, delicious every day with tons of options for everyone.
- The rooms and the hotel, plus the whole area, were sparkling clean.
- Even though it's clean, you can tell the hotel's a bit old, and some stuff is starting to look worn out.
- It was a bit annoying that our balcony faced the construction; they started working at 7 AM, and it woke us up. They don't mention the construction on any of the hotel or travel agency websites.
- The only bummer was the Greek restaurant. We really wanted to try it, but it was only open a few days a week, and every time we tried to book, they said it was full and the only time available was 8:30. I regret to say that the dinner time seems rather late, particularly considering the restaurant's opening hour of 7 o'clock. I suspect this advertisement may be misleading, potentially to draw in customers, and that the hotel's capacity might not be sufficient. There was no compensation offered for no dinner available to us at all.
