great amenities through out
What could be improved:
- I didn’t really get a feeling of Greece due to old international music at the pool and even at the Greek a la carte Restaurant.
- I a expect a minibar, being refilled free of charge in the suite package (only the drinks in the fridge upon arrival were free of charge)
- cocktails in the all inclusive package are just horrible (local wine and ouzo are the only drinkable drinks)
Generally, good value for the price.
Poolside etc is great, never had any trouble getting a lounger, 2 pools and the sea to choose from, drinks delivered to you, snack bar open all day.
Buffet restaurant was really good, I found the variety decent each night, always something new to try, one of the better buffets I’ve been to.
The Greek al a carte was incredible, went there for our last night - you order your main in advance and then the rest is a tasting menu with half a dozen courses, each was delicious.
Good location, Ixia itself I didn’t think much of, but you’re so close to Rhodes town. Cheap bus can be booked from the hotel into the town, and the onsite car hire with galaxy with so convenient.
Loved our stay, and would absolutely return in the future
