The best customer service in Greece ! We absolutely adored Domi , Lily and Katrina. They made my mum and I feel like we were at home. Couldn’t reccomend the 7 palms highly enough. Lovely pools room not equipped for self catering. No chest of draws just a small wardrobe with 5 hangers. The bathroom has no shelves to put your toiletries on. Some days smell of drains in the room was quite bad. Some of the staff were ok the french waiter in pool bar made you think he was doing you a favour when asking for gyros at lunch time. We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Everything was as expected from a five star hotel,the staff extremely polite and friendly, the service was excellent so was the food. could not find anything negative about the hotel nor the area. Few swimming pools, spa. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

Spent our honeymoon at this amazing hotel, it was such a serene and peaceful experience. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful and helpful. The food was amazing and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. A great Thankyou to Andrew and his amazing team for the time we spent there. Unrivalled rooms that transport you back in time (but with all mod-cons included discreetly, to make our stay 21st Century). The only downside was having to leave. If you want to treat yourself on Symi, this hotel will exceed expectations in so many ways.

Spectacular Hotel, with the best views ever I saw in my entire life, friendly staff I felt like I was at home, the rooms are amazing. Frankly I would come back again and again. They have been making my whole holidays like my dreams come true to this magical place.

What a wonderfully authentic place to stay situated on the Kali Strata. We were met at the Port having travelled from our home in Kalymnos. The stay was perfect, a lovely room with a great breakfast each morning. All of the staff were excellent and we plan to visit again in the future.
