Obviously this increased the numbers at mealtime, significantly. A la Carte Restaurant was good and staff lovely, only wish the 'oriental' meal had been chinese, though the Italian was very good

The location offers proximity to the city centre w/o all the noise of one, and a plethora of amazing restaurants in walkable distance (it is quite a walk to the city centre though so a car/cab/etc is preferable in that case)

Stayed at Rodos Palace for a long weekend with mates, honestly loved it. Rooms were clean and way bigger than I expected, bed was comfy and the AC actually worked (big plus)

The pool area is huge, perfect for chilling after the beach, and the hotel’s private beach strip made it super easy to go for a swim without fighting crowds

Some staff were very rude to guests, thankfully not us, but could be overheard at the pool bar being very nasty. Unfortunately, We will not return to this hotel, and couldn't honestly recommend

Staff elsewhere were very hit or miss as to attitude ! Completely 'blanked' my brother at the bar 1 night, even though he was trying to make conversation with them

We came back to Akti Imperial for our parents’ 40th anniversary and the hotel helped make it unforgettable. They upgraded us to a family suite with a sea terrace so we could enjoy sunrises together

The food was a real highlight, featuring a wide variety that catered to everyone's tastes; the delicious pizza and gyros at the pool restaurants were a definite plus

The chef Aris prepared a surprise Greek mezze plate for our family dinner. Kids loved the miniclub and the pool games kept everyone smiling. Staff felt like old friends by day three

The team's hard work was evident in the fantastic evening shows, and we also enjoyed the well-organized daily activities like Pilates, yoga, and pool aerobics

We had a truly memorable holiday, and this hotel offered excellent value for the price. We were consistently pleased with the facilities

Never ever heard of this but it worked in our favour Pool is freezing but you do get used to it. Bad Got stung with city tax. Was not expecting that at 70euro per room! Drinks are just sugar syrup

The location is very convenient - an easy ride to Rhodes Old Town and close to local beaches and restaurants, which made exploring simple

The atmosphere at the hotel is lively but relaxed, perfect for both families and couples. Special praise to the entertainment team led by Leslie, who provided plenty of fun and energy throughout the day and evening

My only gripe would be I would have liked one more evening to book the Italian as you can only have two bookings for a two week stay. Would recommend your hotel to everyone. Will definately come back to Rhodes

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, neither of us have ever been to Greece or any of the Greek islands, we absolutely LOVED it here and are already trying to work out when we can come back

You can rent a car at the hotel, all the formalities are completed in ten minutes, and then you can visit the fantastic places on the island. We would definitely come back again

We have just got back from nearly 2 weeks at this hotel. The first few days were quiet but it got busier during the half term. I think the place coped well with it being busy

They only had two staff on at the pool bar but the ques went down quickly. Reception staff are very good and helpful they helped booked taxi to airport. but the main mention has to go to the daytime animation crew

The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here

The buffet provides both Greek and international options, with good quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Pools and pool bars and all pool staff👌🏻👌🏻 What they don’t tell you when you’re booking the holiday is if you’re not staying for more than seven days you can’t book any of the other restaurants so its buffet only

The food selection is my favourite bit about this hotel, it tastes so good!! It has so much different varieties of food, and i love how it’s all connected in one building with a rooftop pool and bar, and right next to the private beach

to be fair we found the buffet very good with a wide variety of choice (we only had one afternoon where we weren’t 100% satisfied) We stayed All inclusive option mainly because we took our little boy

The service is wonderful, the food is amazing at every restaurant, and the sea views and sunsets are a real highlight. Room was always clean and tidied daily, with a lovely balcony

The hotel is lovely with excellent staff. Breakfast was really good with so much choice. Great Margaritas at the pool bar and the main bar. Good food in the restaurants

The pool was freezing and unless you get a certain sunbed which is in the sun all day you end up having to move beds so you get sun. The sunbeds are quite packed in so you can't really move them around

It's not in an area where there are lots of restaurants around. Those you can walk to were a Chinese, Indian and Korean BBQ. A few others in the other direction

Taxi into Rhodes Old Town was €25 each way so we spent a lot on cabs. The beach by the hotel wasn't very nice

g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience

Food is a bit below par but has a variety and the drinks are quite poor for an all inclusive unless you like beer

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the main restaurant, and we had to ask for extra drinks

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area

Dining at the Mama Mia restaurant (part of the hotel experience included in the price of the hotel) was a mixed experience

There are only two small lifts to the floors in the main building and I could imagine in peak season this being a real problem, but no issue when we were there. Cleaners came every day and did their jobs well, no issues

There is a separate adults pool near the main building with its own bar and very swish but you need to spend a minimum of 10 euros to use this facility, maybe a God send during peak season but didn't use it

The suite was large and roomy, separate large bedroom with own tv and safe (free to use), large double balcony with stunning views, large living room with own kitchen facility with fridge, etc

Own TV and two sofas/beds and comfy arm chair. Bathroom had a bath and shower built in and no issues with water pressure, wife says hair dryer was useless but never used it myself

The suite had everything we needed, couple of English News Channels and free internet was really good, in good decorative order but starting to look tired

Main pool was good, lots of sunbeds and large separate kids area/pool. Beach was rocky, lots of beautiful fag butts everywhere and not for me I'm afraid

A complimentary bottle of wine and a plate of assorted fruit greeted us as we entered the room, and the fridge was stacked with complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks (chargeable to replace)

there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you can save a lot of money this way and avoid being treated badly by the two wait staff mentioned who seemed to treat guests differently depending on what board they booked

Drinks: the “all-inclusive” spirits, wine and beer are locally produced, and the cocktails were pre-mixed rather than freshly made, which was a bit of a let-down

The lifeguard was very friendly and there were inflatables and balls for the children to play with. The evening meals were good but unfortunately one aspect let it down

These staff unfortunately affected our holiday in a really negative way. We spent hundreds of pounds outside the hotel because restaurant staff gave us decent service

My husband had bought two coca colas for our children. I settled this bill and asked a short man with dark hair if we could please get some water. He took my money them ignored me

The themed a la carte restaurant were a mixed bag with Greek and the bakery being amazing! Very good quality, freshly prepared. Italian restaurant was very basic and rushed and nothing about it felt Italian

We hired a car so we could explore the island but there is the option of shuttle bus that runs to old town. The local town Ialyssos has plenty of shops and restaurants which is a 15 minute walk from hotel

Pool had sunbeds that are plentiful, drinks at poolside can be ordered via QR code. The Spritzville cafe has good range of snacks, iced coffee and alcoholic spritz

Every aspect of this all-inclusive hotel exceeded expectations, but the outstanding service and heartfelt care from the staff truly made my stay unforgettable

The hotel was fabulous clean tidy well looked after, all the staff very helpful room was cleaned everyday towels including beach towel where changed every day , the food was average but you won’t starve, loads to eat and drink, more sun beds than you could wave a stick at , entertainment was ok 2 decent acts out of 7 the only down side was everything stopped at 11pm bars stayed open till 1am but nothing...

Had the best 10 days at Electra Palace. Food choices great, the desserts are AMAZING! Rooms are clean, have all that you need, only thing that we struggled with was connecting our phone to TV so we could streem

From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner

Brilliant place for a relaxing holiday - clean and well kept and the staff throughout the resort are just wonderful. A big thank you to you all! Bed was soooooo comfortable

The hotel offers fantastic pool areas, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and quality restaurants. While the hotel shows some signs of use, the overall standard remains high

There were some things that were not correctly advertised, such as there is no airport transfer service - you are told to go wait in line for a taxi and be careful because they might rip you off like they did us

The Spa is at an additional price even though they consider themselves a spa hotel. There is not real car rental on site itself, just motorcycles and razers

Brilliant holiday for the last week of the season the entertainment staff were brilliant with a big shout out for Ida who was always smiling and making sure we all had a great time!! We made some great friends too which was a bonus! The bar staff were fast and made us feel welcome with a great selection of all inclusive cocktails

Carlos is always smiling and is making sure that the guests are okay. He takes very good initiative with cleaning tables and keeping the process move and lovely in the restaurant. Overall, I loved my room and the food

The restaurant changes the theme every day so you won’t get bored, and quality of the food is top notch. Cocktails are strong and constantly available

We enjoyed the food, especially the Greek night. Will definitely go again to the lovely place

Hotel as it self is in good location. Every single night different meals. For teens, not a lot to do in a hotel. No space for football games, had to play by the food shack when it's closed

I will start off by praising Maria (waitress) and Carlos(waiter) These two I observed and they were the best out of any of the waiters or waitresses they was both very attentive and kind and always had a smile on their face

The location was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool was amazing! I was half board and really enjoyed the food too, I was advised if I wasn’t having dinner in the restaurant I was welcome to eat there for lunch instead which was incredibly generous

This is a honest review, just got back from a lovely holiday to Rhodes , Rhodes Town & especially the old Town were beautiful highly recommend to go there, Lindos & Symi a definite choice to go too, stunning places , THE HOTEL this is not a 4 ⭐️in my opinion, very tired looking , needs new sun beds as the ones were very old , The rooms were ok we just had the standard ones little small but functional...

The alcoholic beverages, particularly the beer, were unpalatable, and most of the carbonated soft drinks were flat. While the food was of good quality, the dining experience felt comparable to a factory canteen

This is a truly fantastic hotel! I loved everything about it, for my first time in Rhodes it was a great experience

Didn't go in the pool only the ocean as there were no beds round the pool. Food was good always very busy in restaurant. The cocktails wernt the best cheap watered down but it's to be expected in an all inclusive

A great hotel, with good rooms and facilities. We went in october and the pool was a little cold however the sea wasnt to bad. We booked a supior family room with sea view and it was great

We arrived after 11pm and still managed to get a snack and drink before bed. Location- Situated on a quiet area but still shops, bars, restaurants and a few supermarkets within walking distance

Plenty of room looked modern and the beds were really comfy. The facilities we good the snake bar and greek/Italian resturant were nice. The food in the main resturant was nice but felt a little repative

Travelled to Avra Beach one week ago. This was our first visit and certainly won’t be our last! We absolutely loved it. Myself, husband and 5 year old daughter

We took a bus into the old town and I loved it! So many shops and ancient buildings. The marina was simply beautiful. Atmosphere in the hotel was lively but not chaotic

This was my first experience of an all-inclusive hotel with my two children and it did not disappoint. The children loved the huge variety of food in the restaurant and visited the snack bar daily

Meals were great inside or outside plenty of choice and fresh. Love how attentive the staff were towards guests dietary needs. The night entertainment was good for the kids disco and later for older people

Fantastic staff especially the waiting staff they were the amazing especially the man that served us during the night I apologise can’t remember his name but he knew our drink and kept bringing them over can’t recommend this hotel enough I would definitely go back again

The staff were warm friendly very helpful and always smiling. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Arrived late but there was food left out for whomever Arrived late and there were snacks by the pool bar

My only criticism was that it was a little 'shabby' in terms of decor and there appeared to be very few plugs and no hooks anywhere to hang items. We had daily towel changes and a small fridge and kettle facilities

The beach was just across a very busy road, very pebbly and not very clean. On the plus side the location was great. Lots of really good restaurants within walking distance and 10 mins from Rhodes town

At the poolside bar Efi made lovely wraps, sandwiches, fruit & cake also hot snacks and Astrit made lovely cocktails 🍹 in the evening their was entertainment on 3 times a week and the owners Lita, her husband and son live in the hotel it is very family oriented, but if you want luxury there are more expensive hotels in ixia don’t look at the negative reviews as some people pay for 3 star ⭐️ and expect...

The lady that ran the bar in the day was proper miserable but the evening barman was great. The evening drinks were much better with some lovely cocktails and a much more friendly staff

This our second stay at the Lito we came here last may , the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help Goita, Jana, Efi, Astrit do brilliant and are fluent in several languages, the rooms were cleaned daily always fresh towels lovely housecleaning ladies

We were all inclusive and the food was plentiful lots of choices breakfast omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, salad, 🥗 breads, the list is endless so is lunch & dinner 🥘 we were a bit disappointed with some other guests with 10 plates on their table !!I mean it was easy to keep popping back for more food

As we went all inclusive we ate at the hotel to begin with, breakfast was the usual stuff, nothing cooked fresh though

Stayed here recently just for a week and found it to be a lovely hotel. We never got bored of the food as their was always plenty of choice

We were pleasantly surprised by this after a long day of travelling, and it was just a lovely gift from the staff for our anniversary/birthday. All the food and drinks are amazing

The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are absolutely fantastic, always helpful and friendly - especially Anita in the restaurant. Also really enjoyed the entertainment and dancing

Must mention the friendly comedy bird (crow?) who comes and hangs out in the sun lounger garden area behind the main pool and plays games like trying to steal your key card! What a character!

The bar served tasty beer, and the beautiful pool area had a perfect grassy spot for relaxation. Internet was fast and reliable, and our room’s furniture was crafted from lovely solid wood, adding a touch of elegance

In short, everything was excellent, the food, the room and especially the staff. And the lovely Adrianna (I may have misread her name) at the mini market.

We had a holiday with my family in this hotel and it was great. Tho location is quite good and the ocean is just across the road. It was very easy ro cross the road and we did not experience any problems with that

not sure i'd class as a 4 star hotel, staff were excellent, Sirene owners should be proud of them, however only having 1 restaurant with a buffet style offerings for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, no in room facilities for tea/coffee and no minibar, meaing you need to go to the restaurant/outside pool everytime you wanted a drink

The bartender, older man was so nice and had good sense of humor. Also during the evenings they had a bar inside and the bartender there was also great dude. Room was pretty simple and had i guess everything we needed

The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, with something different every day, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay

Areas for Improvement: While the facilities were generally good, we did notice that the pool area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times

I expected more fish, but that wasn't the case. The children's area was truly lacking; the swing was about to come apart. For a 4-star hotel, they still need to work hard on cleanliness, friendliness, and food

We recently stayed at D’Andrea Mare Beach Hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. Positives: The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean — a real plus for families or couples looking for comfort

The housekeeping was lacking; the cleaning ladies came in to make the bed and mopped it without vacuuming it, so it was still dirty. I expected more variety in the food, but that wasn't the case

I sent my husband to reception to report the water in the bathroom, and the receptionist came to dry the water, telling us he'd talk to the manager the next day to resolve the situation
