Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace. Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom.. Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve. Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience...

Stayed at Rodos Palace for a long weekend with mates, honestly loved it. Rooms were clean and way bigger than I expected, bed was comfy and the AC actually worked (big plus). The pool area is huge, perfect for chilling after the beach, and the hotel’s private beach strip made it super easy to go for a swim without fighting crowds. An amazing experience!!! My partner and I's trip was right in the middle of August, and even with it being the high-season, everything was top notch. The view is gorgeous, the food is great, the rooms and common areas luxurious, and the staff is pristine. Ms Eirini at the VIP lounge was especially welcoming and accommodating. There is no variety in the food, the food does not change and every day it is the same. The pool is small and not adapted to the number of vacationers

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Customer service excellent. Elevators not all working and has to walk down 15 flights of stairs. 1 elevator never worked at all. A/C didn’t work properly. Kept turning off and switch would not turn back on. I believe the switch plate needed to be replaced. Beautiful breeeze of the ocean accommodated for lack of proper a/c.

No conditioner for your hair, no soap, no iron to iron clothes since we were attending a wedding Cleaning ladies did not speak English or Greek

Lovely week in annex building at Akti imperial. Kids literally lived in the main pool, we loved the evening show by the poolside stages, and breakfast buffet at Epicurus restaurant had everything, even freshly made omelets for our picky son. Reception arranged a late taxi and a baby cot without fuss. Left feeling relaxed and grateful.

We came back to Akti Imperial for our parents’ 40th anniversary and the hotel helped make it unforgettable. They upgraded us to a family suite with a sea terrace so we could enjoy sunrises together. The chef Aris prepared a surprise Greek mezze plate for our family dinner. Kids loved the miniclub and the pool games kept everyone smiling. Staff felt like old friends by day three.

Perfect holiday. Hotel was amazing, location was next to the beach, 10 minutes taxi ride into Rhodes old and new town and very close to the airport. This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming...

Excellent hotel in great location. 5 Star service given by ALL staff - from front of house to waiters, bar staff, cleaners and the unsung hero - the Pool Man. My Delux King room with Balcony faced the pool and sea and was excellent.

Excellent friendly staff, great location if you’re looking for some quiet down time but easy walk into centre of Rhodes. Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area. Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. First day was a mystery tour trying to find way from room to exit!

The best holiday I ever been on. Everything was magical the stay the suite private pool and garden. The staff are exceptional always treat you to something different every day from fresh fruit water to chocolates in the evening. Can't wait to come back again.

What a restaurant? We took fresh fishes, lobster and greek salad combined with a local white wine Argyros estate Monsignori! Chef, Manolis is one of the best! See you next year!!

We have been here twice during our holiday. The cocktails have a special twist, but they have also the regular cocktails. We had a lovely dinner with great wine and delicious food. The prices are just European prices but with friendly and great service. Last but not least: beautiful view. Everything you need for a cozy and romantic dinner :)

Excellent dinner, especially the seafood linguine. Very attentive staff and lovely view of the ocean. We could just see the sunset while we had pre-dinner cocktails. These were delicious and standard price for rhodes.
