Hotels on first line in Ixia

The hotel is spotlessly clean, plenty sun loungers, lovely pool, serves great food and drink and close to restaurants, bars and the beach. We can’t fault anything and will look forward to returning

We had a room on the top floor which was spotless and had everything we needed, a good shower, and comfy beds, and a huge balcony with views of the mountains and sea towards Rhodes Town

i would definitely recommend and book these apartments again. not the closest to the beach but could always have a sunbed by pool

You are 10 mins walk to the strip and a great selection of restaurants and bars, 15 min walk to the beach and just 2 mins from a bus stop with regular buses going in to Rhodes town and in the opposite direction to the airport

This hotel is spotlessly clean throughout- the individual apartments and in the public spaces throughout - pool, bar etc. But the real charm of this is the family who run it

We particularly enjoyed To Posperi, San Allote and La Serra. We didn't have too much difficulty finding 4 sunbeds but sometimes there weren't enough parasols to go round

Great big balcony with a jacuzzi to fit whole family! You can see sea and beautiful sunsets directly from balcony and also from inside apartment through wall sized windows. Apartment has nice and clean modern look

We had rental car in use and it was short drive to city center, many beaches and other attractions. Our host was very friendly and showed how everything works in apartment in great detail

He also recommended beaches and other things to do during stay

It was much larger than we imagined with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for three of us! The best features were the amazing view and the two patios - one with a hot tub. I can’t recommend this place enough

Somehow regardless our high expectations, when we get to see it up close, we where still surprised with the apartment as a whole. Really modern design and utilities! The view from the balcony is priceless

Livingroom and both bedrooms have separate air conditioning units. There is cafe place other side of road. Supermarket, 247market, some restaurants and confectionery are quite near

Located in a central spot in Trianta village. The owners were real friendly. From my room I could see Filerimos mountain, stunning view indeed. Nearby you can find a big supermarket and the famous Stani pastry shop

Great hosts, renovated bathrooms and super easy location. Very nice balcony with view to the Filerimos mountain. The room was fully equipped and well maintained as well

We were missing a dish towel in the room and some decent slicing knives in the kitchen. Sometimes there was very weak pressure in the shower and it was very difficult to shower

Excellent place to stay. The owner Takis and his wife Voula were very accommodating and welcoming. Hotel is clean and in a convenient location. Highly recommend.

The hotel is more like a private home, the family managed, with the witty and funny owner, it's more like going to stay with your uncle and auntie. The rooms are all with a VERY 60's decor
