Avoid at all costs, the hotel is terrible 2 star would be generous, food is very poor but worst is the hygiene if the food just isn't there. Drinks are a joke don't fall for the brochure like we did family 2 adults 4 children kids have hardly eaten same for adults. Pools are dirty with scum lines and green water, pictures to back up what I say. After 3 days we wanted to go home but tui wouldn't help us. My advice avoided and go to Turkey this place is a dump with nothing around to save the food disaster no resterants out side. If you are female look out every time the wife went on her own with kids staff at hotel would start shouting at her and being generally horrible to women. It sounds a lot bit believe me if this saves 1 family from this disaster of a holiday I will be happy. Oh and to get a sun lounger you need to be up before 7am or not a chance and hotel won't help or clear any, usual drama's but still frustrating

Please take my advice and DO NOT go to this hotel Labranda kiotari Miraluna. It is advertised as a four star hotel. Quite frankly, I have stayed in better two star. Where do I start. Our room, although clean, was small and cramped. Two small drawers for a family of four, two cups, two glasses and two chairs on balcony. We had to live out of suitcases as there was no room to unpack The sofa bed was uncomfortable with a big ridge. At 2am in the morning( we arrived at 1.30 am), I went down and asked for an upgrade even if I had to pay. I was told that someone would speak to me in the morning. This never happened. I went back several times and was fobbed off staying.Tui only rented a few rooms from the hotel, and no others were available. The bathroom smelt, and water took forever to drain away. Toilet was grubby. Our room was only cleaned 4 times during our two week stay. At one point, we had no towels. I rang down to reception and was told that it was "quiet time" and there was no one available until after 6.30pm,which was not helpful as we were on a trip that evening and had to the meet coach at 5.15pm. Breakfast was a shambles. If you went to breakfast after 8.30 am, you would queue for a table and then queue for your tea and coffee. However, we did go to breakfast early, as if you didn't get up by 6.30am, you could forget getting a sunbed for the day. The pools were crowded and not very clean. The public toilets were shocking. The smell at one of the toilets by the big pool( which was parallel to the only road into the hotel) took your breath away. In the toilets by the restaurant, one of the three was permanently locked, and another one had no toilets seat and a grubby towel wrapped around the pedestal to deal with a leak There was no running water on one of the two hand basin . In the restaurant, I asked one morning where the butter was? Three people went to fine some, but no one came back. Eventually, I asked one of the numerous restaurant managers( who did very little and seemed to be more interested in walking around with their head sets than the smooth running of the restaurant) where the butter was? Her reply was, and I quote " There is none. You will have to wait for the delivery! The restaurant was just like a canteen, boiling hot, flies and the sane boring and bland food. If you don't like chicken or pork, you are in trouble. The only good thing was Therese ( lady who cleared the tables in the restaurant) who was a star and so lovely with the children and welcomed us every day with a smile as big as the sun. Also, the Gyro and Pizza shacks were good with tasty food, although you could queue for 30 to 40 minutes to be served. I could go on ,crack stairs, pot holes, dirty drains, dirty laundry left ourside our room for three days, open sewer next to the beach bar, which the smell was overpowering. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOUR STARS. I hate writing bad reviews, especially for people who read them who have already

We have just returned from a week’s stay, there were 5 of us in total 4 adults and a 4 year old. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping came daily to replenish towels and water. Air con was an absolute life saver after a day by the pool! The reception, restaurant and pool areas were also very clean. (I had some concerns after reading previous reviews but other than a couple of pool tiles needing replacing the hotel was very well maintained) The staff were outstanding, they went above and beyond. A special mention to Tina who greeted our 4 year old each time we visited the restaurant and made such a fuss out of him. The reception staff were especially helpful and attentive, there was one evening where I was struggling with my mobility due to intermittent nerve damage in my leg, we asked if we could be taken back to our room in the golf buggy as we had a number of steps to our block, they were not only happy to oblige but remembered us later on in the week and offered us a “lift” back to the room without us even asking. The entertainment staff were also fantastic especially with the little ones, Charlotte and Veronica did a fabulous job keeping the guests in the pool engaged when the music dropped out unexpectedly. The highlight for our four year old was definitely the pools, the pirate pool in particular is a great addition allowing the youngsters to play without worrying about accidentally splashing an adult who just wanted to top up their tan. We always managed to secure a sun lounger at the pirate pool but they were a little bit scarce at the larger pools. My husband complained that people reserved loungers but to me that is expected at hotels and if you can’t beat them - join them! We did pop down early one morning to reserve a lounger by the larger pool. A few reviews were a bit negative about the food, for me it was very much a typical all inclusive buffet. They clearly try to cater to as many people as possible as well as having some local options. I particularly liked that they had a kids corner with offerings such as mac and cheese and fish fingers. I will admit that towards the end of the week the food did become a bit samey a themed night might keep it interesting. That being said the food was good quality and we enjoyed it. The Greek restaurant was a particular highlight on our last night. This hotel was perfect for a multi generational family holiday, we had a fabulous time and would recommend.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty, very bad customer service. Rude receptionists. Flies all over the food. Cockroaches in the pool and our room. Ants all over the floor in the room. Broken air-conditioning. No water provided in the rooms. Shabby decor. Very uncomfortable beds. I could go on but I just can't be bothered. This hotel should be SHUT DOWN

We stayed in Labranda for a second time, first time being July 2022, and we were just as satisfied as the first time. It’s an incredibly located resort, with countless bars all over and a restaurant with delicious food. Staff members are the nicest people, especially the restaurant staff! Beach is never overcrowded as you would think with the size of the resort. There is enough pools for everyone to swim in and enough sun beds for everyone. There is a small town, Kiotari, located in a walkable distance, and a bus stop in case of a want/need to visit a bigger town.

So we stayed here for a week in the swim up room and the first thing you see is a dirty pool tiles mostly green. Only after the next door to to us mad compliant about it someone comes ones in that week to clean the side of it but it was still dirty. On the Sunday they called are room to say we have to pay again as *********** did not pay them and after saying to them I've called booking and they told me to tell you you have to get it of a card but kept saying we still had to pay after about few hours it was sorted. The food was the same everyday as being all-inclusive I thought their would be something different as like other hotels we have stayed at the breakfast was not good had to go to the shop on site to get a roll what had more flavour then the food in the hotel. The room.. the shower was broke so was fun trying to have one after swimming all day The cleanliness was not 100 percent..on the Saturday I called reception to tell them that one of the sun beds was broken and he told me we have 2 of them but I was like yes but there are 2 off us and they never replace it The floor int he room was dirty even after they come to clean your room. After finding out the new company that runs the hotel ( what we didn't know about before booking) got rid of most of there staff without paying them 6 weeks of wages The hotel has potential but need improvements across all areas Get a refund if you have booked already...

Food choice poor and repetative and although we never went hungry we never really looked forward to meal times as it was all very much the same every day. There was never any cutlery to eat with so occasionally we would be sat with food on the table waiting until a knife and fork became available. No glasses for drinks and the drinks machines constantly empty. Coffee machines also broken multiple days. There was often no tables to sit at during meal times as the tables were not cleared from previous guests. The bars were often not restocked of certain products so many drinks were unavailable, one bar even closed down fully during our stay Kids club ok but at the disco most nights the songs were often stopped abrutly and or skipped to the next song for no reason or there were long gaps inbetween songs as they tried to figure out the laptop which felt amaturish. Some (not all) of the animation staff were extremely unprofessional, the guests shouldn't have to know or even hear about the issues and fighting between the animation team resulting in 2 of them being sacked whilst we were there During our stay we had a medical situation in our family and I needed assistance from reception to locate the nearest medical center/Dr's office and the reception were very helpful in arranging a taxi to take us. 5 days later we unfortunatly needed to return to the medical centre so again went to reception to call a taxi, the lady this time was less than helpful and said she couldn't call me a taxi unless I knew the name of the Dr, which of course I didn't. I even tried to explain it was just a short ride away in kiatori town, the Dr was female and that was all I knew. The lady on reception still protested they needed to know the Dr's name before she could call a taxi and said the nearest Dr was 30km away, even when I explained we had been to a Dr just up the road 5 days ago she still refused to call one with out an address or Drs name. I had to call my partner to go back to our room to get the previous prescription with the details on so I could show the reception. It was a very stressful situation made worse by the staff being unhelpful in what I believe was a simple task of calling a taxi. The whole exchange took 20 minutes before a taxi was even called all the while my child was extremely unwell laid down in reception needing help. All in all we had a lovely holiday but the service at the hotel was unfortunatly extremely poor.
