Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!

Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

Next time I go, I think I'll plan to stay a little longer. It was so comfortable and nice that I almost regretted my short stay. The pool was much longer and larger than it appears in the photos, and I was impressed by the design, which allowed everyone in the room to enjoy the pool close to home.

The hotel is really great, with beautiful sea views and a super large swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun. The resort is amazing right beside the sea with amazing sunsets. The rooms and pools are great. Staff at reception are very aggressive and often having an agreement with each about things in front of guests. Food isn't 5star level, more like 2 or 3. Entertainment was okay... and the clean staff could clean, there were so many cobwebs and towel that we use and left in the bath were never taken and replaced...

This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.

Amazing resort and beach. Food was epic and the service around the pool really great. Just make sure to download the group app and book your restaurants as soon as you are confirmed. Got upgraded to a swim up room too so that was pretty special.

Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning in the future

Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach. Every complex has their own little pool in addition to the super size pool in the middle of the complex.

Lovely clean hotel. We went all-inclusive so had a good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of sunbeds and pools so it never looked busy. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday I would recommend staying here.

The Gaia Palace is a lovely hotel one of three sister hotels in the same area, although we only went into the grounds of the other two, the Palace appeared to be the best, the grounds at the Palace are very nice and well kept. Amazing 5 star Resort for couples who wants a romantic getaway. We went there in early November and had a nice experience with the Spa and Wellness Team: Wendy, Christina and Tina. We enjoyed 90 minutes Cretean massage and facials. Highly recommend to spend some extra bucks to get nice and relaxing time.
