A luxury hotel complex situated in the picturesque fishing village of Sissi, on the North East coast of Crete. The hotel offers beautiful views of the Cretan sea and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring the main attractions of the island.
Location: 45 km from Heraklion airport and 25 km from Agios Nikolaos, 10 km off the port of Malia, 500 m from p. sissy.
Consists of 2-3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 300 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 200 meters from the hotel (2-coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. There is a Shuttle service to Bufos beach (3 times daily). The length of the beach 200 m.

Excellent hotel for relaxing holidays. The "executive suites" with private pool are wonderful. Really nice service.
Went for two weeks, absolutely loved it.
The food was great - it was a buffet but they changed it every day to keep it interesting. There were also two other restaurants - an Italian and a Greek, both were enjoyable and made a nice change to the buffet.
The staff were very hardworking, friendly and spoke amazing English.
There are several pools, some of which are quite hidden meaning they were very quiet which was nice. The water was a nice temperature and there were a mixture of depths
The hotel is in a nice location, there is a lovely harbour a less than a 10minute walk away and a nice beach with huge waves a few minutes from the harbour. The area is quite pretty, especially in the evening as you can watch the sun set behind the sea which is very beautiful.
One of my only complaints is that you have to pay for the safe.

We had a nice time in this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The view from our room was beautiful with the sea right in front. The animation is not great and do not expect amazing night shows.
Bedroom was fine and cleaned regularly. Very little in the way of public areas to sit comfortably. Main restaurant very busy and although there was a lot to choose from very little in the way of authentic Greek food. There are plenty of swimming pools but one at least should be adults only as there are a lot of children playing with inflatables etc. So many beds around pools that it does feel a bit claustrophobic. Animation team do a good job. Drinks at bar very poor for all inclusive. Cocktails are a joke, mixers etc are nearly always flat. It was not a cheap holiday and definitely will not be back.
Went for an all inclusive week with my husband and enjoyed it. Despite being a very busy place there were a number of pools and sunbeds were always available. Food at the pool bar was disappointing and attracted flies and wasps. Drinks were small too, which meant you had to get 2 of everything. There was a wide selection of food in the restaurant, but often items were cold when they shouldn't have been - probably due to the huge number of people being fed every mealtime. We loved our night at tbe Italian restaurant on site. It made a very pleasant change.
We had a fantastic time staying at the resort. It had all we needed for a great holiday. The suite we stayed in was very spacious with a private rooftop terrace, the room was cleaned daily and stocked with bottled water every day. The restaurant was excellent, there was always something nice to eat with a vast selection at every mealtime and the Italian restaurant is a must. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sisi village is a short walk away with some lovely shops and eateries. There is an on site supermarket with gift shopping incorporated. The pools were great (a little cold but once you were in very refreshing). Overall we loved this place and having stayed in various locations around the world we rate this one very highly. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Well done Vasia resort and spa you should be very proud.👌☀️
Nice hotel, but not five stars! The buffet was large and plentiful, but too much "english" food and not enough Greek food. Kids entertainment was a little shabby. Danny the main entertainer was great, but kids facilities were old and tired. Evening entertainment was poor. Snack bar was poor. Bedrooms were good.
I've only been here a night and part of the morning, but I could have hugged the kind reception staff member who gave my daughter and I such a warm welcome, plus sandwiches, at 1am. Yes, the rooms show slight signs of wear but our room is spacious and immaculately clean and with service like that, I don't mind at all. I'm only here to have a bit of fun for a short amount of time but there seems plenty to do in sissi to keep kids and adults alike entertained.
Went to this resort previous to covid with my other half and loved it, so we thought we would return with our baby.

Good variety of pools, however unfortunately they were extremely extremely cold which was a shame.

Massively lacking kids entertainment, and facilities. It looks all well and good online In photos however, unfortunately the mini club for children is like an office with toys, it's very very basic. The man that runs it is lovely and tries his best to make the children have the best time within his care.
Over all - great first family holiday, but wouldn't return with my child.
Little tip - avoid avoid avoid the supermarket at the front of his hotel. I got a Lilo thrown at me, the owners were extremely aggressive and intimidating. This didn't just happen to myself, there were other tourists in the hotel that also experienced the same. This isn't the hotels fault however unfortunately it's the closest shop to the hotel and effects the over all holiday.

Had a really good time and the hotel was really good. Rooms were clean. Shower needed new sealant. Service was pretty good, and ate my own body weight in food which is a good guage of its quality. Just missing the finer points to be a 5 star. More like 3.5 to 4 star, definitely not 5 star. Would recommend it though for those wanting a quiet resort.
