Every member of staff has been polite and friendly. Food extra fresh and options are plenty. The healthy corner provides salads, fruit and fresh juices which is perfect for warmer days. Everything is replenished often and staff are always happy to support with dietary questions (there is also a nutritionist on site that can help!)
All the bars provide great variety particularly the Island pool bar. Whenever our choices were not available, staff were always quick to provide alternatives. Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms. We had the private pool rooms but there were plenty of lovely pools throughout the hotel to use

You have plenty of options for food, but the main restaurant is a bit repetitive. It would also be nice to have allergens included with the displays, especially with the desserts.
Beach area is fantastic with clear blue water , with lots of water sports activities , snorkelling amongst the various fish is amazing and the evening entertainment was an unexpected treat.
The wedding itself was beautiful and so well run (planned by Emma from Weddings In Kos). The hotel catered so well for them with a great party to finish off.
Finally, the electric buggies were so useful, helping us get around the large complex. We never had time wait long for a ride and the drivers were so friendly and helpful.

Panagiotis - friendly chef that couldn't do more to help my Coeliac wife offering great meals every day

The hotel itself has a true luxury feel. The views are stunning, especially at sunset, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained. Despite its size, it never feels overcrowded. There are loads of sunbeds available at the pools and on the beach, so we were never scrambling to find a good spot, even at peak times.
Dining was a real highlight – while the hotel is all-inclusive, it offers a selection of à la carte restaurants that you can book into at no extra cost. There’s a huge variety of food options across the resort, and the quality is consistently excellent. Having a beach onsite with a beach bar and sunbeds made it easy to relax without needing to go far.
Another bonus is the local bus service that runs right through the hotel grounds, making it incredibly easy to get to both Kos Town and Kardamena without needing a taxi or rental car.
Overall, this place exceeded all expectations – a genuine 5-star experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway.
