Very good hotel, with very good adaptations to make the most of the building, given that it is not very new. The room is controlled from a tablet, which sometimes causes confusion or disconnections, but it is not serious. The room is very dark, that can be a problem. The area is difficult, it is the centre of Athens and has some complicated streets around it, but it is manageable.

The hotel is clean all around but there is no bar to relax,you get directed to a kiosk outside to buy a drink 🤔😂🤔😂🤔. There is a lot of homeless in nearby streets (heartbreaking) but you can avoid the area. The metro is only a 5 minute walk and is very efficient.

Facing the main road was a bit noisy but it’s super close to the marina of your getting a boat.

The room was extremely small, about the same size as a cheap hotel in China costing 50 or 60 yuan. The soundproofing was also mediocre, and the water was cut off when I woke up in the morning; they said it wouldn't be back on until 11 a.m.

This hotel is grand but it has all the warmth of a Greek family. The staff are warm, so friendly and helpful. We stayed here 4 different times during our rambling through Greece.
