Filia Place in Athens

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. Everything was well thought out and perfect. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk to Monastiraki Square and very close to everywhere. The only issue was some humidity in the house, but it was manageable thanks to the two air conditioners. Check-in was very smooth. The staff was available 24/7 and responded immediately whenever we needed assistance. Additionally, the evening before our departure, they informed us about a two-day taxi strike in Athens. If they hadn’t told us, we would have missed our ferry. Thanks to them, we avoided a major issue. Thank you very much for everything 🙏🏼

This accommodation is all about its amazing location—perfectly situated for exploring Athens and truly what made my short stay incredible. The beds were comfortable, the shower was lovely, and the room was spotless; I appreciated the large bottle of water provided upon arrival. The management was highly communicative and responsive.

A Note for Future Guests: This is not a traditional hotel setup. The entrance can be tricky to find and is not easily identified—more detailed pre-arrival photos would be very helpful. There is no front desk or staff on-site to ask questions. While the luggage storage is basic (a closet), we used it for a few hours before the airport without issue.

If you are prepared for a slightly confusing front door/location setup, this clean, comfortable spot in an amazing neighborhood is a fantastic choice!

Very nice apartment. Good price and location not far away from a Subway station and easy to find. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment has a fridge, microwave. I recommend it for people who are willing to pay a bit more than hostels, per night per person. 40€ per person is a good price!

The place was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It's also conveniently close to all the main attractions, so getting around was easy in the city centre.
