For our first time in Greece, Project 3 Urban Chic was the perfect choice. The location could not be better and we got some fantastic recommendations for food from the staff. The street is calm at night with barely any traffic, which made it nice and relaxing. The rooms were just the right size and the breakfast was lovely. Special thanks to Sotiria for introducing me to delicious Greek coffee. A big thank you as well to Nikos and Giannis for making our stay so welcoming. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff was awesome and the breakfast fantastic.
We had small issue with the electrical outlet popping the breakers.
The hotel staff was very attentive and courteous.
Highly recommended.

Niko was so helpful with local information and arranging a taxi to the airport for a very early flight, he provided a take away breakfast since we missed the sit down breakfast. The room was clean with great facilities. Hotel is easy to get to from the airport by taking the metro. We would definitely stay were again in Athens

Everything about our stay at Project 3 Urban Chic Hotel was incredible! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance (20-25 minutes) from the hotel. The hotel itself was very well kept and comfortable. The staff was the best part! The front desk staff were amazing and very friendly/helpful. You couldn't help but want to be their friend!

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was fresh and cooked that morning for you, no buffet style here!

The only downside is that there is no gym - don't believe what a google search tells you, there is no gym onsite.

I would 10/10 stay here again!

The breakfast options were great; not too much and not too little. Everything was fresh and no basic ingredients, you could tell that thought had gone into the menu and service.

More importantly, the staff were fantastic, proactive and attentive.

Very nice boutique hotel with very nice and very clean rooms. Fantastic service minded and kind staff, who all gave you the feeling of being a friend of the house. Very impressive. Alacarte breakfast with very nice quality. Indeed a second (and third) visit worth. Well located with a number of great restaurants and bars just around the corner. Very safe area.

The location in Kolonaki is perfect—central yet peaceful, with great cafes, shops, and cultural spots just steps away.

The only thing we wish is that the outlets were updated to include USB/USB-C ports for international travelers and easier use. That would make an already fantastic experience absolutely perfect.
