Urban Nest - Suites & Apartments in Athens

I stayed at Urban Nest Suites and Apartments in Athens and overall had a very good experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. It is right in the center near Monastiraki Square and within walking distance of the Acropolis restaurants cafes and shopping streets which made everything very convenient and easy.
The room was modern clean and well designed and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the space was pleasant to stay in. If you get a room with a view of the Acropolis it really adds something special to the stay.
The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful throughout the visit and were happy to assist with recommendations and anything needed.
Breakfast was good with fresh options and the rooftop area was a nice place to sit and start the day with a view over the city.
Because the hotel is in such a central area there can sometimes be a bit of street noise
Since guests are instructed not to throw toilet paper in the toilet, adding a bidet spray would be a necessary and practical improvement for comfort and hygiene.
Also, the room door is not soundproof and you hear everything from the hallway.
In general I think this is a very good choice for anyone who wants a comfortable modern place to stay in a central location in Athens.

We had an amazing time at Urban Nest. I only have one suggestion. The breakfast should be a bit more custom. For example, the way you want your eggs cooked. Other than that we will be coming back.

This hotel is excellent, clean, staffs are warm, real hot breakfast and you have choice to choose English, Greek, American, French or Vegan Breakfast. Also there's Kitchen in the room, you can cook some simple meals. The location is wonderful.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was plentiful, and it was a great experience.

The room is very big, just right for two adults and one child. There is an open kitchen and an elevator. It is recommended to choose a room not facing the street, as there are many restaurants downstairs at night. Breakfast is not a buffet, so you need to choose the variety and meal time one day in advance. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel is about 10 euros more expensive than taking a taxi, and the driver may extort 10% of the consumption for credit card payment.

This room is very good, but there is only one drawback, which is that the curtains are not light-blocking, but white gauze. There are bars and restaurants on the street outside, and the street lights, bars and restaurants are brightly lit at night. Sleeping next to the window, the gauze does not block the light, so it is impossible to sleep.

Very convenient location, very clean, the breakfast is also wonderful

The location is great as we’re surrounded by restaurants and minutes’ walk to the vibrant city. We selected a room with an Acropolis view but it’s really just a tiny glimpse of the Acropolis in between buildings. The balcony was not very clean so we didn’t stay out much but the room was clean enough.

Thanks for complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 for our honeymoon but too bad we don’t drink 😅 Some local desserts would be nice 😊

The biggest advantage of this apartment hotel is its good location. It is located in the city center, within walking distance to the market, monuments, and subway stations (Metro Line 3 can reach the airport directly in 40 minutes). There are lively restaurants downstairs, which is super convenient. The room is very large, and it is no problem for a family of three or four. The facilities are complete, and you can cook like at home. The hotel provides a variety of freshly made breakfasts. Overall, it is good. The only drawback is that the surroundings are too lively. Every day, the restaurants and bars downstairs are noisy until two or three in the morning.
