Service: The cleaning ladies were very helpful with helping us check in which was great since there was not a reception desk and we were given no instructions upon booking (we booked through our credit card company so not sure if you book directly with them if you get instructions). We talked to the hotel and then I had to send them my ID over WhatsApp and then they sent the codes for everything. The service was was very quick.
Room: AC was working which was great. The place was spacious. Everything was new but not the greatest upkeep. Some floorboards were pulling apart. There was some hair in the shower. There wasn't hot (or warm) water in the shower. The toilet was broken (but my husband fixed it). There some stains on the floors (not sure if they were permanent or just not cleaned). Overall I would not stay here again. I think it would be good if you are on a hostel budget or looking for those vibes (but with more privacy).
First day had to argue to get codes to two apartments. I have booked and paid but the lady didn’t believe me. Had to sent pictures of booking and payment. Two apartments in 5th floor most of days elevator didn’t work. Had to go up and down the stairs which are small and dark
We could have perhaps tolerated the poor location if anything else had been good.
We stayed long enough to put our bags down, look around, take out our phones and book into a central hotel.
I guess you get what you pay for in the end but the photos and reviews gave us false hope.
