It's very inconvenient. There are many shops downstairs, making parking difficult if you drive. The elevator is very old and can only accommodate one suitcase and one person at a time. Everyone else has to climb the stairs.

Property was clean in a nice area and property manager was very attentive and flexible with our arrival time.

Was central, walkable. Could use deep clean on floors windows and both terraces. Septic system reminds me of Mexico

Excellent stay for families.
Great location. Spacious apartment with and ideal room for two kids down the hall from the main bedroom. Good layout and lovely balcony. Perfect location for the Acropolis and Plaka district (the nice old town).

Had an overall wonderful experience. The apartment was in the middle of everything and plenty of food and store options. Great host and very responsive!

I felt deceived by the title of the hotel because I can only see the Acropolis museum not the Acropolis and hills. Plus I have to turn on a button and wait for 30-40min before I can use hot water. It’s disappointing when I shower and half way the water start to turn cold… the apartment looked nice inside though. They gave us free milk and wine and snacks. Counting all the pros and cons I would give it 2.8 stars. I wouldn’t choose this hotel if I knew I couldn’t see the Acropolis Hills…

The room was well-equipped. The mattress was a bit old, though. Since it's a guesthouse, there's no luggage storage. If you arrive early, you'll need to store your suitcase at the designated luggage storage area. Fortunately, the storage area is very close by.

The location is definitely worth mentioning; it's incredibly convenient. And the Acropolis is right outside the balcony. PS: The balcony is perfect for flying a drone!

This should be one of the worst hotels I have experienced in the past twenty years: First of all, when we arrived in Athens at 1 o'clock in the morning, the landlord's door was closed. We called him and asked him to open the door. He said he didn't know who we were and wanted to send him our passports. We had to use Whatup, but domestic mobile phones could not download Whatup at all, so we had to ask the hotel waiter next to us to help us contact us. Without that waiter, we would not have been able to get in while standing in the wind; secondly, after entering the door through various connections at four o'clock in the morning , the curtains could not block the light, the air conditioner was hot air, the faucet was broken, the towels were moldy and had black spots... In the end, we had no choice but to wrap ourselves up and sleep before dawn without taking a shower. The next day the landlord came to collect the money and said that full payment must be made on the day of check-in. No cash or American Express was required. Then he left without explaining anything. We were going to take a shower in the evening, but all the water was cold. We contacted Ctrip and told them that we needed to turn on the water heater and switch the valve in advance. Since there was no reply at night, we had no choice but to go to sleep. On the third day, the landlord directly blamed us for finding Ctrip. I didn't take a shower for two days. He only charged me money and didn't bring any instructions to turn on the hot water. There was no hygiene or hardware, yet he was so confident. A hotel that charges 3,000 a night is so bad, I have seen it before. Please choose carefully if you don’t have a Whatup account and have normal hygiene requirements!

Must praise! This is the most cost-effective accommodation on our trip. First of all, the location is excellent. It is only a five-minute walk from the Acropolis Museum and the subway station, and about a ten-minute walk from the Acropolis. Who knows how happy it is to be able to look up and see the Acropolis while running in the morning or taking a walk in the evening? ! Secondly, it is safe and convenient. The entrance to the Acropolis Museum is full of restaurants and shopping stores. Opos, an authentic local restaurant famous online, is right across the street; third, the room is the same as the photos online! The apartment type fully meets our requirements: one bedroom has two separate beds, and the other bedroom has a large bed; there is also a living room, dining room, two bathrooms and two balconies. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep an extra adult! If you book two rooms in a regular hotel, the price is twice as much as this apartment. There is heating every night, but the neighboring street allows us to sleep quietly and live very comfortably. Fourthly, the two landladies are warm and thoughtful, and repeatedly send me emails in English to confirm arrival information (be sure to contact them in advance). Everyone should pay attention when booking this apartment. There is no front desk service in the apartment. The earliest check-in is 12:30 noon. There is no one in the whole building before then. There is no one to open the door. We arrived early and originally wanted to store our suitcases. We went to the front desk and walked around for two hours before officially checking in. No one opened the door at all, so we had to store our suitcases with the kind old man in the restaurant next door. We went to the museum empty-handed for two hours before meeting up with the landlord at the time. . Also, the apartment does not have room cleaning service every day (you don’t need to tip!). The apartment does not include breakfast, which is okay. Some restaurants at the gate of the Acropolis Museum sell breakfast. All in all, very satisfied!

The apartment is amazing! Clean, tidy with very nice aesthetics, at the best location. And the hosts are more than professionals and nice! Highly recommended!
