The worse hotel in my whole life! And i dont know how they says its 4 stars?!?! Our bedroom is freezing cold and the horrible thing is out terrace door has no lock and any one can get in from outside only need to open the drawer door😨😣its very scary hotel! The bath tap is broken! The toilet flash is broken! They added up some water inside the shampoo bottle and its only watery shampoo!
No proper heating system! How they wrote its a child friendly hotel? While when u want to get inside the hotel there is so many stairs and u have to lift ur child pram upstairs!!! If i could give 0 star i would do that. They changed us 600€ and something for a desert house!

Where should I start... The hotel is clearly abandoned. The pool is not cleaned, there is an oily matter on top of the water. The pool's walls are green and there are a lot of bugs / leaves into the water.

The breakfast is ... Well, very cheap. It's a 4 star hotel and it should be better. The service for the breakfast is not even ready at 7 o'clock in the morning when the restaurant is opening. The "hand made" fruit juice is from bottles, the eggs are battery-farmed. All of the breakfast is available at 9.30 a.m which is ... Ridiculous when the restaurant is closing at 10.

Concerning the rooms, at least there is an air conditioner in the room, and an anti-mosquitos barrier at the window. Beside that, the sheets of the beds are torn/has holes in them, the floor is barely swept, the wooden doors are dying. The air system in the bathrooms makes so much noise too ...

To finish this review, I've lost my glasses at the pool and a client gave them to the receptionists. When I ask them if they have my glasses : " no we don't have any medical glasses here" . I had to ask trice and bring the customer who gave them for the receptionist to give me my glasses back 🤦🏻‍♂️

And I forgot a white shirt too when we departed and after coming back for it (they cleaned the room) they didn't want to give me my shirt back again, I had to let it go.

It was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this hotel for now. They are probably in bankrupt actually. Until this hotel don't hire some good and honest people, and attract more people for them to gain some money and invest it, i don't recommend you to go there.

Will share my experience in English to cover most of people Firstly 4 stars is a joke . Dirty rooms , the aircon doesn’t blow any warm air in January, the bedsheets must be 20 years old. Had an unpleasant experience with the service. Came with 2 kids at midnight. The person at the reception couldn’t figure out in English my reference number , couldn’t find my name , but gave us room keys . The first room was filthy. We asked for a change. In the morning a lady from the reception came and we realised together that Ii booked another hotel 200 m down on this road. And asked us for a full price to be paid for the night. So unprofessionally to say at least , to let someone in without finding my booking in the system and after charged us for that. Not even offering half price discount as a solution. I have never experienced that before in my life. Could be a nice hotel but need a great amount of job to be done.

There are no words to describe the hotel. Basically needs a complete renovation. Run down building, bathrooms are in a terrible state, rooms are worse. I don't know how the mainstream booking apps still list the hotel as an option. Definitely not recommended, stay away.

No words to describe...very very bad..in every way. No service. we stayed 3 nights our rooms were never cleared. The room had so many wrongs..not even the curtains were straight broken and covered half the balcon door...breakfast was terrible...everything cold

I had a double room with my boyfriend and my mom had a seperate room with her friend. Our room was definitely not 4 stars as stated. When toilet was flushed it would leak onto to the floor. Ceiling was unfinished just wooden beams and a big hole above where they left it unfinished. From this you could hear the elevator moving up and down and clanging all the time as we were next to the lift and it located in that hole i’ll insert a photo of what i mean by hole. Also because of that the room next door when they used their bathroom we could hear it really clearly as if they were in our room. TV in the room but not working. Mini fridge also included which was working so that was good but in my moms room their mini fridge was warm. Air conditioning in the room was working and was great. In my moms room also when taking a shower the water would go down the drain and rise from another drain in the bathroom located across from the bath and flood the bathroom floor. The bed was a nice big size i would say a queen bed it was comfortable enough since we spent all day walking everyday but no mattress protector or anything under the sheets and we’re given a sheet as a duvet. Also they ask you to leave your key every time u leave the hotel i’m assuming so the room can be cleaned but we stayed for 5 days and it wasn’t cleaned once. Frequently water would turn off also and wouldn’t be able to shower but no explanation given or warning. Breakfast was okay just the basics hard boiled eggs, bread, ham and cheese and some yogurt and cereal selection there was also a coffee machine and orange juice
