Just what we needed!
This room was just what we needed for our last night in Greece. The staff was very friendly, and the room was perfect!

Lovely location, gorgeous design, incredible food and most importantly amazing staff. I wanna give a special shoutout to Yanis who made our stay extra special,always greeting us with a big smile, remembering what each person liked and disliked, had my celery juice ready for me every morning before I even ask. The whole team honestly are awesome, they make it feel like home away from home. I would definitely come back again ♥️.

The Hotel is really nice and stylish. And the restaurant has a wide range of high quality dishes. In particular the breakfast options were above average. The one thing that annoyed me was that a member of staff kicked me off a sun lounger because apparently someone had reserved it. Even though there was no sign of any reservation and no information that this was possible to do in advance. Luckily there was another one free.

The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful garden and patio. It is very central next to shops but very quiet. The food is excellent.

Excellent stay at the TwentyOne in Kefalari . Professional staff , excellent product . Will definitely come back.

Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes.

Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature. 

Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening.

Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

She made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

The hotel itself is a gem—beautifully maintained with cozy, well-designed, and impeccably clean rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a relaxing and welcoming environment.

The Twenty Hotel is a perfect combination of comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens and look forward to returning in the future!
