Hotel Delfini in Piraeus

Despite a very friendly and pleasant staff, it is a hotel to flee if you like calm. The noise is constant, especially at night. You will have a horrible lack of sleep.

This hotel is for men that bring escorts or "illegal" couples (wink wink) in order "to do da job". Dont expect *real* service.

A big bag with 3 pairs of shoes, one of them was new, has disappeared from my room, and it was next to my luggage, far from the garbage. No one gave me a solution or an answer. The chambermaid can never have confuse my shoes and boots with garbage. So, watch your stuff.

I was living here for 6 weeks(business). The hotel has a great design and the receptionists are kind. With on e exception(a kind slander lady) the maids are terribly unfriendly and malevolent. They steal from the bag that you leave in the room, they throw down the things to the ground that are on the bed or on the table,if you ask for a towel a 'nice' lady with glasses throws it literally at you. There were times when the cleaning of the nearby rooms happened at night,like 11.30PM with not a little noise,except this the cursing of them could be heard lot of times. If you mention this behaviour on the reception, the next day they lie about already existing spots in the bathroom to the hotel manager and accuse you of making them. I was told that they work here quite a long time,so they think that they can do anything to the guests and they will keep silent. I did not stay so (and will inform about this the company I work for).
