I cannot stop dreaming about the location, we loved Xi beach, with its red sand and beach beds. The part of the hotel near the adult main pool, has the best accommodation. When we arrived we were put into the older part and we were moved when we said we were not happy. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and supper is huge, clean and lovely. I do not recommend the Italian restaurant, the food was way below par, but they left us a bottle of wine, which we gifted to the amazing cleaning staff. Most days we did not eat lunch because breakfast was so filling. The hotel is a long way from the ferry, so the uber is a little step, the ferry crossing is great and cheap and then you are in the main town of Agostoli, which I personally loved, it has a perfume shop which makes up great dupes, a great few clothing shops, lovely restaurants and bars, and even lovelier ones by the beach!. I dream of going back to the hotel, but it has gotten so costly over the years. I love the open air cinema at the hotel, and the art gallery when it is open. The tourists are a little stiff - UK/Germans/generally Europeans, but Greek people are lovely, friendly, welcoming. We loved it here. Desperate to go back, especially to the lovely restaurants on the way to the beach.

Here's a 200-word comment you can use or adapt for your review: We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. Efi and Vicky were absolutely amazing – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our time there. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. Their local knowledge and genuine hospitality added so much to our experience, and we can't thank them enough. The atmosphere at the hotel was friendly and relaxing, with a beautiful pool area and lovely communal spaces to enjoy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, with a good variety of choices. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, and you could tell the staff truly care about their guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-run place to stay. A big thank you again to Efi and Vicky – you made our holiday truly special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We have just returned from a week at the hotel. It was absolutely excellent. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and beautifully cleaned every day. The pools are amazing - so big, clean, with bars close by… no shortage of sun lounges, no fighting for beds, and lovely dry towels included. The water park and lazy river for all inclusive was an absolute winner and bonus! The food was excellent quality with lots of variety and no queue whatsoever for anything. Fresh, tasty food every meal. The dining staff were so friendly and worked so hard! The aesthetics of the whole complex are stunning with gorgeous stone, lit arches and pagodas with beautiful purple flowers and just so clean and well maintained. We all (family of 5 with 3 teenage kids) absolutely loved our stay. To be fair, location-wise, there’s only really Xi Beach within walking distance but the all inclusive was so good we didn’t feel much need to leave the complex. Getting to Lixouri needs a taxi but the ferry to Argostoli was so easy and cheap and a quirky part of the holiday! Would HIGHLY recommend this resort. Amazing (One and only suggestion is to give bands for all inclusive. - was a bit faffy having to give room number at every meal and bar!). Thanks for a great stay 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has a wooooonderful garden, 2 very nice swimming pools, a main restaurant + 2 other restaurants, a Greek and an Italian one, where you have to pay, an open-air cinema, an exposition/a museum, a gym, a SPA, 2 shops inside the complex, a bar next to each of the 2 pools, from where you can grab a snack and a drink between the meals, and a big chess table on the terrace. The rooms seem a bit old, but the service was very good, always clean. Good food, fresh and varied. They also offer a few minutes (30 maybe?) of water gym in the main pool, and an evening bar, where the staff was playing quizz with the tourists, and dancing and singing. Very nice vibe. The closest beach to the hotel is extremely small, even smaller than what we saw in the pictures from the previous years, but lots of bars with sunbeds, and food. But the water is very clean and clear and warm, for mid-September. If you want to stay in the hotel, I definitely recommend it

For an advertised 5* hotel we found this to be very disappointing. We paid for 2 weeks and expected to get a 5 star service, however. We had long waits for drinks and at times over looked completely. Just rolls and ice cream at the top bar available if you are on all inclusive. If you wanted anything else you had to walk to the bottom pool. Food descriptions lacking, didn't show anything to warn people with allergies. Lack of entertainment. Aqua Aerobics only twice in 2 weeks. No pool volley ball. Evening entertainment poor. But lots of sunbeds and no need to get up at 5am to reserve them. Only 2 trips were available where there was collection from the hotel. Any other trips involved a taxi and ferry ride first. Paper take away cups in the room !! Coffee/tea supplies not always replenished. Had to keep reminding cleaner. We would have preferred a decent cup to have a proper cup of tea. If you got a cup from the restaurant they were small and the cleaners would take it away. No teaspoons with cups in the restaurant or rooms only wooden sticks in room and wooden spatula for ice cream in rerestaurant. We asked for small spoons and took 20 mins before they appeared. Had to use the machine to get a drink. Only 4 times in 2 weeks were we offered drinks from the jugs and when asked for another they never came back. Food itself was pretty much the same each day and not very hot and would go cold quickly. Tourist tax high £210 for 14 nights. Hotel, grounds and pool was exceptionally clean. Majority of the staff were polite, but we did hear one girl on reception being very rude to 2 ladies who were complaining about their patio area being extremely dirty and dark due to the trees outside. Our room was what we booked, which had a balcony overlooking the pool. Italian restaurant was lovely but we felt it was a bit rushed, no time to digest your courses. We didnt try the greek one as there was greek food in the main restaurant. Would we return. Possibly not we like to spread our wings.

Well what an experience we had here ! One of the best holidays we have had , we stayed for 10 nights for our honeymoon with a 3 year old , married three days before arriving . DO NOT be put off because of the ferry ride in the transfer it's such a lovely change from sitting on a bus for ages . The views are amazing and it's just a great experience for the holiday. Our son loved it and helped break up that transfer journey ! When we got to the hotel we were welcomed warmly , checked in , got a surprise upgrade with a sea view which was greatly appreciated as it was a gorgeous view. The room and whole hotel was spotless . I have never come across such hard working staff but friendly at the same time . They are an absolute credit keeping the stunning grounds clean tidy and just picturesque to look at. Large pool at the top seemed more of a relax pool but was plenty of loungers . We didn't spend much time there. If you are hard of walking you can request a golf buggy to collect you if needed. We regretted not bringing the pram , but after a few days the little one got used to the walk we had to the top . Kids pool was perfect with a deeper option for the adults, little slide pit and a splash zone as well . Kept him entertained and near enough for you to watch . Had our lunch at the snack bar at that pool everyday which suited all our needs. The splash park was where we spent most of our days. The attendants on the slides where the nicest young lads , always smiling, always say hello and entertained the little one with high fives and superman poses. Slides where perfect for big and little people. Went round the lazy river what feels like 50 times which was a great laugh and rubber rings provided to use ! Only concern at that pool is that some attendants choice of music on the loud speakers is very 'boom boom boom boom' beat over and over again and just that bit too loud to even consider a moment of relaxing . We liked that the slide pool was self serve drinks. Food was how you expect all inclusive food . Meat on the evenings was always lovely . And we always found something . Gyros nights are perfect ! They have the nicest tzatziki!! Breakfast was normal all inclusive breakfast. We are big scrambled egg lovers. That was hit and miss some days , but everything else was up to par. Not a dessert girl here but some of the desserts were to die for ! Room was kept clean and tidy by the maid. All say good morning and hellos around the hotel. If you fancy a trip out , you can order a taxi to lixouri for 13 euro from reception. Lixouri port had some lovely tavernas and much cheaper than the agostoli ones . If you fancy a trip to agostoli, jump on the ferry ,3.20 euro each one way , every 30 mins and about 25 min on the boat. You may see some incredible cruise liners in port, have a look at the turtles or just take In the scenery . It's a mini Venice At the hotel there is a Spa we got a complimentary invite so we got a facial and full massage

Large resort, very well maintained and gardens kept tidy, some slight contours (managable), lifts to floors of apartments. Stayed in Asteris side of resort, upgraded upon arrival to junior suite for wedding anniversary and wine and fruit in room (lovely touch). Room very nice, usb sockets, nespresso machine, A/c powerful, bed very comfy (2 singles together), spotless, good shower and toiletries provided daily and cleaned well daily. Stayed mainly around Asteris pool as seemed slightly more "adult"- although very quiet due to mid Sept. Pool towel/ bar service at Asteris with the dynamic duo good and very friendly service, their teamwork is worth mentioning , not full capacity due to wind down and you could get a sunbed pretty much wherever you wanted to sit,we were A.Incl. and felt slightly disappointed and in some ways felt worse of, reason being half board guests seemed to get better service in particular at the bars of an evening, AI had premixed bottles with cocktails (okish mixes) where as "paying HB guests" had int.branded made cocktails and larger beers and it felt a little out of sorts noticing HB guests had more focus from waiting staff and there was a delayed response to AI guests, this was also the same when going to the bar to bypass the longer wait, just spoilt the vibe a little and seemed at odds. Evening entertainment, on a wind down and only keyboard and singer at one bar seen (same routine) a few days apart- not good, shame as the resort (apart from a few beach bars nr xi beach approx 500m away) is remote, would have liked to seen a little more things on, as opposed to going into Lixouri (13 euros one way, bus 2 euros last use 3.15pm). Food at main restaurant always cooked well and fresh salads well presented and tasty, not huge variety but always something to eat (as others have mentioned), would benefit from themed nights, didn't see much in the way of "show cooking", as listed as to the definition of this, yes chefs behind stations were cooking items and topping up things like chicken and risotto but they where grilling and stirring pots etc. Pizzas were good and tasty, small selection for desserts, fresh fruit and help yourself ice cream all nice. We did venture to the Italian (reservation rqd) alacarte and food was ok and service ok, but to be honest felt main restaurant was just as good and it didn't "feel special" as limted if using the aI voucher although pasta ragu tasty. Breakfasts and lunch sessions were good and the snack bar nice change for lunches with wraps etc. We didn't use the waterpark but will be nice for kids big and small with small bar and toilets (toilets always immaculate across the site during our stay). Wife had a massage-enjoyed this. Reception staff helpful and informative. Hired a car for 3 days from Mercury just outside the hotel, great to see the other areas of a beautiful island, Myrtos beach, Assos, Fiskardo, Sami, Argostoli etc-able to take on the ferry to cut journey time less than 10euros per

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly & approachable, we was checked in by Hercules who was very professional. Explained the hotel features etc. Concierge took us and are cases to our room. Pool area excellent, plenty of beds. No need to reserve at the crack of dawn (pool man takes off any towels that are not attended in the morning) Breakfast great choice, omelette station cooked to order. Usually queues for hot drinks but thats at peek times. Lunch was a nice selection too. Evening meal again good choice, if you cannot find anything to eat off the buffet you must be fussy. Waiters are great too. Some parts especially up to tge dinning hall and mail pool do have a step ish incline. Housekeeping came every day clean towels and fresh linen every other day. Tea and coffee available in room. All in all an excellent week away just what we needed.

What an experience! Experience felt like a 5 start experience. The staff are amazing, warm friendly and always happy to help! Room was perfect. Very clean, decent size work my fee balcony. Food was ok, what you'd expect from a decent buffet catering for lots of people. Facility were great... swimming pools, bars, spa, restaurants are all clean, easily accessible and will maintained. I splashed out and went all-inclusive. This is a resort away from the main attractions. If you going there to chill by the pool and enjoy what they have to offer, great value for 5 star resort. It was towards end of season, not sure how the experience would differ if the resort was at a much higher capacity.
