Fantastic hotel with great greek atmosphere!! We hace spent amazing week in this hotel. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and with wonderful sea view. The hearth and the family atmosphere in the hotel is creator bt fantastic people: Irene at front desk-full of positive energy and always ready to help us. Maria and man who looks like a Shwarzeneger who made the best drinks and made our evenings and whole team in the restaurant. The food delicious and barierka, a lot of vegetables and fruits. We returned after a year... Picturesque views of the bay and Agia Pelagia beach from the hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the service is professional and helpful. Several pools, a paddle tennis court, and an outdoor gym. A large selection of drinks are included in the all-inclusive package... My first holiday abroad in 20 years, went on our honeymoon here with the wife and the staff made us feel extremely welcome, beautiful sea view room, food is AMAZING! (I'm a chef, I know good food!) Quite literally not one bad word to say!

We have had a fabulous time at this hotel, staff very helpful upgraded our room to a sea view room which wasn’t available when we booked online (slight extra cost) Cleanliness is excellent as is the service from the staff, especially reception and Maria on the bar. Main pool area overlooked the bay and the loungers are very comfy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a week’s all-inclusive – my first in years, my girlfriend’s first ever – hoping for a stress-free week of relaxing. That’s exactly what we got (after an initial bumpy start!). First impressions were great: the lobby immaculate, the welcome warm and genuine. We registered on the app, paid the €10 per night tourist fee (standard), and were shown to our room (610). It was secluded, with a lovely sea view and close to the pool, supermarket, and restaurant. However… room 610 badly needs TLC. Basic, worn out, and disappointing: solid beds, rickety wardrobe, dodgy air con, bathroom door that wouldn’t close – and, worst of all, used ladies’ underwear hanging in the shower. My girlfriend was visibly disappointed. This was nothing like the pictures. We packed up and asked reception to move, explaining the issues. The young lady on the desk (sadly I didn’t get her name) couldn’t have been more helpful. We were instantly moved to 221, which was modern, clean, and comfortable. Panic over! Other reviewers also mention 610, with one suggesting that it may be staff quarters? – exactly what I said to my girlfriend! Management, please stop letting this room out until it’s refurbished, because it doesn’t reflect the hotel’s true quality. Food was lovely with variety each day, and the drinks selection was excellent – served by the friendliest bar staff you’ll meet. Special thanks to Maria at the restaurant bar, who was a ray of sunshine daily. The hotel is quite secluded. Agia Pelagia beach is a short downhill walk, but the steep climb back is tough – use the free shuttle for the return. Overall, we’d definitely return. Crete has our hearts, and Village Panorama played a big part in that.
