Hotel to avoid!!!!!!!! Where to start, the rooms are very simple for a hotel. A small, dark bathroom with a shower where the water flows more in the bathroom than in the shower tray. The hotel is plunged into darkness with the impossibility of turning on the lights for more than 5 seconds to pass through the corridors. (extremely dangerous) Lunch is only from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Be careful not to arrive late or you will be reprimanded by the boss like a child. During an aperitif on the terrace, the boss came to shout at us because we put the chips in a bowl and not in a paper. The swimming pool is only accessible by paying for additional drinks while we paid to be All In. It's a shame!!! The All In drinks are only powdered sodas and what's more they are hot because the machine that distributes them is in full sun all day. The hotel manager dared to answer me "we buy drinks in the store" so why make me pay for all inclusive if I have to buy my own drinks.... The meal is the same every day at the hotel, never any change and barely 3 or 4 meal suggestions. I won't even talk about breakfast.... I brought a crepe from outside (because the only desserts in the restaurant are watermelon or oranges) I was kindly asked to go up to my room to eat it at the risk of being charged an additional tax, first time in my life that a hotel wants to make me pay because I bought a crepe outside. I specify that they don't even sell crepes. I had a problem with the air conditioning and I had the misfortune to ask for it to be repaired. The boss almost insulted me because I didn't know that if the balcony door is not closed then the air conditioning does not work. I am extremely disappointed, when we complain about the boss to the manager she asks us to be understanding because he is sick, but that is not my problem when you are sick you stay at home you do not come to disturb your customers and speak badly to them. If I can give a piece of advice never come here!!!! A military camp instead of a holiday club hotel. I did not pay to be treated like this.!!!!
