I can really recommend this place. I had a sports massage with Chrysa, and it was excellent. She adjusted the pressure perfectly — firm and effective, just as a proper sports massage should be — yet still very relaxing. Very professional and pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely come back!

We had a very relaxing and tranquil stay at Castello Boutique. We stayed in one of the suites with sea view and infinity pool which are amazing, we enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from our balcony. Nice hotel, but not five stars! The buffet was large and plentiful, but too much "english" food and not enough Greek food. Kids entertainment was a little shabby. Went to this resort previous to covid with my other half and loved it, so we thought we would return with our baby. Staff are excellent and friendly. Had a really good time and the hotel was really good. Rooms were clean. Shower needed new sealant. Service was pretty good, and ate my own body weight in food which is a good guage of its quality. We had the best time at Vasia Boulevard. The staff were amazingly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh bedding supplied everyday. The breakfast was perfect, so much choice! The hotel is well located with a huge amount of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and lovely places like Koutouloufari and Stalis just a short distance away.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had amazing service throughout! They allowed early and late checkout for us as we had difficult flight times, called us multiple taxis to get around the beautiful island and were just helpful start to finish. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had an excellent experience by staying one week to this wonderful hotel. All people in service were professional, polite and friendly. The room and all areas around were very clean. My only circumstances are bottled water is not free . No shower near main pool . Great hotel complex. Fabulously clean. Really well maintained with friendly and polite staff. Food areas were immaculate with a good range of food. We were there for the last week of the season so a few amenities were not open. If we had paid full price then we would have been a bit miffed. If you are you going on the water slides use a ring or lilo. The joins on the slides rip you to bits!

Excellent staff and great hotel rooms and food but the standard of alcoholic drinks was terrible. Wine was draught and undrinkable and the only red wine was very chilled. Also the spirits were barely alcoholic and the lager tasteless. This is a great shame as the overall standard of hotel and food was excellent. However I don’t expect to buy in my own wine and beer at an all inclusive hotel.
