Great hotel complex. Fabulously clean. Really well maintained with friendly and polite staff. Food areas were immaculate with a good range of food. We were there for the last week of the season so a few amenities were not open. If we had paid full price then we would have been a bit miffed. If you are you going on the water slides use a ring or lilo. The joins on the slides rip you to bits!

What a fabulous week we've had. Just using the free courtesy room to freshen up before the coach trip to the airport then back to the UK. Great food. Great refreshments. Great pools. Amazing staff. I can't fault it.

Amazing hotel and it is very family oriented, the staff were exceptional ( Georgia, Ismail from the hotel , TUI staff ( Louis and Stasha ), plenty of pools and very excellent water slides, the food was delicious and the main restaurant location and view is awesome..

Maybe at one time this hotel was good, but not now, rooms are below average unless you are lucky and get one thats been refurbished, food is again below expectations, main pool has very loud music and the reps although very nice the whole vibe is aimed at young people, we had to complain about our room size particularly because we have a 2 year old daughter, staff are friendly despite the hotels downfall.

Just not worth the price. There are new rooms and old ones. They put you in old ones first. They need serious renovation: tv is from 1960s, bed not clean, window was broken and bugs everywhere. Horible. New rooms ok, but not 4 star hotel. Gym has no window or air conditioning. SPA is a tent near pool.

Great hotel, very clean and week kept. staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was really tasty and a good variety each day.

This is a truly lovely Hotel. It is set in beautiful surroundings, is spotlessly clean, has a Management and Staff that want to please and keep people happy whilst they enjoy their holidays. There are two lovely pools, fresh food and drink at both sites and happy staff to encourage sport activity in the day. Aqua exercise is just fun. The restaurant is fully stocked with beautiful food and fruit. We met lovely people who just wanted to be happy and enjoy new friendships. This was a heavenly week for me and Phil. And thank you all, Management ,Receptionists and Staff for everything you did to make everyones holiday a great happy success. I give this Hotel 100% satisfaction.

Hotel with very good kitchen. Chef well done. To get to the beach we need a little walk along the path down. The beach is not sandy. The descent to the sea by stairs. After lunch may not be free sunbeds. What good is the fact that there are no big waves.
