I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The reception said that there is no restaurant open at this hour but if you want to eat there is a restaurant that is open where we will have to pay. This restaurant was within the resort. We were all hungry. So we ordered a burger, spaghetti and a couple of chips and soft drinks...

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here. Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good. Staff are all friendly and helpful, they could just do with keeping on top of clearing dining tables after people have finished eating. Our room was lovely, quiet and great views. 4 stars instead of 5 because there was only one lift and it was always busy. Beautiful location but nothing here in this area at all. Room was amazing. Sea view. Nice and quiet. Staff were polite and friendly except the ladies on reception who didn’t want to help or smile sadly. The hotel is not 5 star. More a 3 star. Needs a lot of money spent to make it 5 star. The main problem here is the food. It’s COLD! So not that great. Don’t book this hotel ! Far better parts of Crete...

I really don’t know what all the fuss and negative reviews are about. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly, our room was amazing (superior sea view), it was cleaned daily and mini bar was topped up with fresh bottles of water and drink. The jewel in Crete’s crown. A warm welcome awaits everyone. Perfect destination for anyone seeking calm and tranquility. The buffet breakfast is out of this world. Ask in the morning what chef is cooking for the evening meal. You’ll not find a better meal for miles (residents only). Enjoy pre dinner drinks at the open air bar. All 12 rooms overlook the pool and offer a sea view.

We stayed here for two nights in June. It is a great spot to relax. The hotel is in immaculate condition and Alice and Kat are great hostesses. The half board package is very good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have great views. The swimming pool area is beautiful. The resident cats are great.

Absolute perfection with hosts (Kat & Alice) to match! We’ve just spent one week here and really didn’t want to leave. Our apartment was on the top floor (Katerina) and was decorated and furnished in the typical Cretan colours of blue and white. The rooms were fresh, immaculately presented and exceptionally clean. Life is sweet in Milatos, the setting is exceptional and the welcome perfect. The succulent dinners, always local cuisine, a real treat. The two hostesses will be able to guide you on more confidential visits far from mass tourism, like Milatos Village. We will come back!

The place is cute and the energy is pleasant. The mattresses are really uncomfortable. Lovely place but has seen better days.

The Paradis Inn looks very picturesque from the outside. Well landscaped front yard with lots of flowers and trees. This is how you imagine a romantic garden. The building is a bit old, but it fits the flair of the complex. Here you can book cheap accommodation for a few days, weekend trips or longer stays. We had a very good stay. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Everything is done to make you feel good. Spacious room. Cleaning and changing of sheets done very regularly. Concept apartments / hotel rooms. VERY friendly and attentive staff. Really calm and impeccable cleanliness. Spacious rooms equipped with a kitchenette, 5 minutes from the beach. Pleasant heated non-chlorinated swimming pool, Possible car rental placed in front of the entrance. For French speakers, reception staff fluent in French. Small flat, the breakfast a little light.

We spent 1 week in this hotel and we are really not disappointed. Arrived around 11:30 p.m., we were very well received by Despina who speaks French.
