Amazing hotel on the west side of Plakias, close to the center, opposite the beach with a stunning view of the Libyan Sea. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms make the stay at the hotel enjoyable. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very helpful with a smile. We definately stay here again and we recommend it to anyone visiting Plakias.

Hard to say where to start: the people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice; there are several comfortable beaches in walking distance; the view from the balcony at the seas and sky has no comparison; the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.... perfect place to spend a lazy, peaceful vacation

Great beachfront location. Good size rooms with comfy bedding. WiFi did not work in the room, and show curtain cuts shower space in half. Minor things really. Overall a good stay.

First, there is NO swimming pool in this hotel! Dear Trip.com team, you should change this in your description of facilities for this hotel. The photos of the pool in the description are from the big hotel next door. And it is quite a small (!) pool, no way it is a "kingsize" pool. The hotel itself is OK, the restaurant is good, the staff is friendly. But the absence of the pool was a big disappointment...

We love this family run hotel, always a great welcome. They arrange our airport pickup and journey back. Always happy to help.the views of the beach, marina and mountains is wonderful and sitting under the trees in the evening with pretty lights above is mesmerising.

Just left the hotel after two weeks. We suggest it to you for many reasons, like the position in Plakias (at the middle of the bay), the special meals on the sea, the clean room (they cleaned it every day) and above all for the available and nice staff. Happy holidays!

The Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a nice atmosphere plenty of choices and very friendly staff from reception to breakfast. The surrounding is very quiet and pleasent, the town is very friendly with plenty of choices from cafes to restaurants with an amazing price/value. The beds were very comfy and due to the quiet environment sleeping was a bliss.

Small hotel in the center of Plakias with a nice pool and excellent breakfast! The staff is friendly, rooms are small but always clean. I would recommend this hotel for pairs, friends or single travellers.

Beautiful clean hotel with good proximity to Plakias and plenty of free parking. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options with different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, Greek yogurt with many add-ins, cereal, and numerous pastry options, fresh juices, and an espresso machine. We are very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and we will stay again if we’re back in the area.

Great location within resort. Rooms are well decorated and equipped. The beds are enormous and very comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day and bedding and towels changed every 3 days. Family run to a very high standard. Excellent breakfast every day with lots of choice.

I stayed at this hotel three times and found it great. Central location. Very clean, comfortable rooms. The staff tries hard and helps with any issues. Breakfast buffet was very good, I could find everything I wanted. Plakias is a beautiful place with plenty outstanding beaches and walking routes nearby. For a 2 star hotel everything is good here. Large balcony, clean rooms, view of the sea, quiet location, continental breakfast included per person. 4 slices of bread, 2x butter, 2x jam, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of sausage, 1 bowl with large yoghurt and honey, 1 thermos flask of hot water, Nest coffee and Lipton tea for infusion. Ideal for everyone who prefers quiet holidays, very familiar, friendly. Terrace with sea views in the room as well as on the shared breakfast terrace. Breakfast with tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, sausage, cheese, jam, tomatoes, yogurt with honey was perfect for us.

The Lofos Hotel is a well-kept, medium-sized Greek family hotel, built in 1986 and excellently managed by the Zampetakis family. The personal address and reference name is capitalized here. If you like it quiet and relaxed, you should definitely go on holiday here. The owners Janni and Irini are very nice hosts and we felt very comfortable. The only thing that may have been mentioned is for people who are hard at work, It is less suitable because the access is a bit cumbersome, but only a small piece. But for everyone else highly recommended.

The most amazing hotel in Plakias! A true gem! Built in 2018 the rooms still have a “new feeling” with modern decor in white and light wood colours! The rooms and spotless and the staff are super friendly. The pictures on their site are not deceiving. Would definitely come back to this place! 5* all the way!

Very good breakfast, quality beds, very friendly staff, nice little town - but windy. So rent a car is almost a must to have a pleasant holiday. From Plakias there is also a boat to some southern beaches.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel by The sea. Our room was spacious and brand new with so nice colors and a nice balcony looking at the yard with the olive trees and the sea towards the sunset. We stayed for two weeks at this lovely hotel in the corner of Plakias. Very quiet, great breakfast and very friendly and helpfull owners and servicepersonal. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful with all the stairs and different angles. Only the Wifi in our room was poor, because our room was in the far east. The owners said they would repair that.

First time I make a telephone reservation without asking for a financial commitment from the owner of the accommodation!! What can I say about Mr. Stelio that from the first communication I understood that above all he is a 'HUMAN'!! During our stay everything was perfect! The hotel has a great location in the city center, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The view from the window is beautiful, overlooking the mountainous landscape. The food is good, and everyone will find something to enjoy.

We had half board with breakfast and dinner buffet every day. The food was very good, always fresh and a big choice, also local food. We really enjoyed it! Only small minus: in the evening no free drinks, not even water. That was a bit disappointing. But all in all, nice buffet, friendly staff, and tasty food!

The service was from Ross Holiday! Was some overdue maintenance. The apartment was wonderfully spacious and was kept neat and clean by friendly ladies! Top! Distance to the village was a bit disappointing.

Rooms look fine, shame it has nothing Greek and it is on busy road that is sometimes used as a race track. Not to mention the mopeds with open exhausts. Is very convenient, 12 minutes walk to the beach and with fifteen minutes you are in the village.

Great hotel. Basic furnishings, but everything you need is there. Is kept clean and lots of privacy. Shame about the innerspring mattresses. They are really bad for your back and hips. The rooms are very clean, the showers are a little bigger than most in crete and have glass enclosures that prevent the whole bathroom from getting wet. This was an unexpected find in a very quiet city on the south shore of Crete. The rooms are big and very clean. Strong wifi. Great view. A very nice breakfast and the staff are amazing people.
