Horizon Beach Hotel

Home for 5 nights and we loved it. Room was very clean and staff attentive. Insects are quite noisy, throughout day and night so take your ear plugs if you're sensive ;) As a couple we would have loved one big mattress instead of 2 single beds put together but that's bearable.

Amazing hotel on the west side of Plakias, close to the center, opposite the beach with a stunning view of the Libyan Sea. Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms make the stay at the hotel enjoyable. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very helpful with a smile. We definately stay here again and we recommend it to anyone visiting Plakias.

Very comfortable hotel in Plakias. It is very close to the center and to a beautiful beach. The rooms are very good. The staff is nice and the hotel has a car park

Wonderful stay at this hotel! It was a trip to celebrate our anniversary and this hotel made our stay special! Tastefully decor in the room and lovely view.

Hard to say where to start: the people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice; there are several comfortable beaches in walking distance; the view from the balcony at the seas and sky has no comparison; the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.... perfect place to spend a lazy, peaceful vacation

Just come back from 10 days at Horizon Beach Hotel. The property was clean and appropriately fitted out for a three star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the resort. There are ample car parking space on-site.
Overall I thought the Horizon Beach Hotel offered good value for money.

Beautiful hotel a little outside of Plakias. You have to walk a bit to find a beautiful beach where you can swim. The breakfast is simple but the products are good at the height of 3 stars. The breakfast setting is very beautiful. The bedding in the room with a real sea view is impeccable. The view is splendid from the bedroom terrace. Beautiful, simple hotel exteriors

A place above my expectations: spectacular view, spacious room and close to the center full of taverns. Breakfast among the plants with sea view and of excellent quality. I will definitely be back for more days

We spent 8 days in this wonderful hotel - tip: the superior room with sea view has a large terrace with a fantastic sea view or panoramic view of the bay. The quiet location on the edge of the town and the unobstructed view are great, the street in front of the hotel is hardly frequented - we slept with the patio door open and enjoyed the sound of the waves. There is also a sun terrace for everyone on the 2nd floor with the same great view. The owner's family is really nice, they speak German and English. The breakfast is super delicious, good bread, regional cheese/yoghurt, a great mix of local and international breakfast. The lovingly designed and green breakfast terrace (also with a great sea view) makes breakfast an experience in itself. The room was clean, bright and spacious. The journey from/to the airport is easy to manage and offers great scenic impressions. Our anticipation was exceeded, we really enjoyed the stay and will come back :-)
