Entertainment - there was a very enthusiastic guy leading the entertainment both during the day and in the evening, I honestly don’t know how he kept going! Around the pool there were games daily, aqua fit and water polo

My daughter missed out on going to the water slides as she hadn’t heard them say what was happening! Water park - fine for kids and teens enjoyed it for a little while but not thrilling

The gym was very small and no air con so advise getting there before the day gets too hot! Layout - the photos always give the impression it’s quite compact but if you aren’t near the centre then it’s a long walk up a big hill! Luckily there was a van / golf cart to help out

There were other activities too such as Pilates - possibly the best view I’ve ever had doing Pilates! There could have been a bit more for teens, and it was a shame the games room wasn’t in the centre of the hotel but a bit further out, but that was only a tiny thing

Kids club - a bit hit and miss if your child isn’t very confident

The lifeguards were excellent though, really friendly, helpful and good when my son ripped open a scab on a slide! Food - this was a big one for us

My 5 year old loved the kids club and activities. Pools were lovely temperature (though the water slides one was cold) All inclusive wasn’t the best I’ve had

We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside

The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed

Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner

The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations

Welcome drink on arrival and a voucher for a free drink at the bar also. Pool area is relaxed and there are loungers on beach and round the pool so best of both options. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Perfect The hotel was absolutely perfect including the restaurant, facilities, pool, Beach, location, staff and cleaning.

Great room overlooking the beach, breakfast was very good, pool area was nice, Sparkling Spa was great

Friendly and very helpful staff. Our sons shared a room in which the air conditioning was ineffective and it was very b hot. Altho we mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation.

We stayed here for only a few nights on our honeymoon and we were very happy with how clean and friendly the staff was! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone!

We arrived very late and went to the sister property where we waited half an hour only to learn we were at the wrong place - so be cautious as they have three adjacent properties

There is also an indoor pool which is heated but adult only and a gym. Food and drink Great choice of food which is alternated with every meal so there is something for everyone

A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly

Spa treatment, breath of Aegeo. Carlos was extremely good at explaining the treatment and had excellent knowledge and experience. Thank you for my treatment and for making me very happy and relaxed today

Pools Lots of pools for all ages, they are cold but I am a wimp and I can still get in them! Plenty of sunbeds all with parasols and all close to the bar, toilets and restaurant

Entertainment A wide variety of activities for all age groups throughout the day and night. The holiday village staff are amazing and work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves

There is also some specialty restaurants which are very nice too. There is a wide range of all inclusive drinks plus a pizza, sandwich and ice cream area which you can help yourself to

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool areas are clean and tidy, perfect for relaxing. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away, and the main ***** is about 10 minutes on foot, making the location ideal

We always stay B&B as we enjoy trying the many wonderful restaurants along the main *****. There’s plenty of choice for breakfast and the food is always delicious and plentiful

The family pool was closed, and we weren't sure why. The main pool was quite deep, reaching a maximum depth of 1. Fortunately, our child knows how to swim; otherwise, we might have been a bit concerned

This was our second stay at the Marelen, and this time we brought our adult children and grandchild along. We absolutely love this hotel and are always sad to be going home

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service is second to none. The rooms are immaculate, with towels and bins changed daily, and everything is kept spotless

Just came back after our 2nd visit On Saturday I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff at the hotel from manageress , receptionist , Breakfast staff especially Stavros for teaching me greek daily Pool bar staff Costa ,and the young lady of which I never knew her name And nico the bar man had some great chats I can say what a lovely hotel this is

2 pools, both clean, plenty of sun loungers, had the sun all over for most of the day, close to bar (shout out to Stathis, top barman!) Overall: would recommend

We recently stayed at Diana Palace Hotel in Zante and had a mostly enjoyable experience, with a few areas for improvement. Highlights: Ana and Stathis at the pool bar were absolute stars

The food was amazing - different cuisines every day and was super tasty! (Something I’ve never experienced before in all inclusives) The outdoor day & evening bar- the Barman is absolutely amazing, remembers your order and name from day one, truly an amazing experience

Room: junior Suite - Only down side is air con is on a timer for all rooms, you can pay to upgrade but in my personal opinion, air con should be included as standard, even with a "fair usage" policy off needed

I travel a lot and I can honestly say the Diana Palace has it all for a very enjoyable stay. The room type I stayed in was lovely. The food was delicious with so much variety

The pool was a little chilly but that wasn't a problem once you got moving, it was always clean and inviting and the pool area was laid out well with the beds not being too close together

There is a small shop/mini market down the stairs near the spa, which was very convenient if you forgot something or wanted to get a few trinkets, I got Greek worry beads for my friends and family

Having the beach be a hop skip and jump away from our room made this trip for me, I could not recommend this hotel more if you want to relax and I will definitely come back one day

Stayed end of August for 2 wks we came last year and the hotel is just as nice. The staff make the experience Vladka, Christop and too many to name provide an excellent service

Beautifully clean- absolutely immaculate and beds are very comfortable, all with good air conditioning and balconies; buffet breakfast and dinner is incredible (tasty traditional greek as well as other plates) with much of the fruit and vegetables being grown by the owners on the surrounding land

It is surrounded by beautiful fields and mountains, where many of the vegetables served in the restaurant are grown—pretty amazing! Although the hotel is situated next to a fairly small but noisy road, this did not bother us since we spent most of our time enjoying the hotel's amenities

We are two adults and two young children who have just returned home from a wonderful stay at the Miramare Hotel in Eretria, Evia. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, which can be accessed through a tunnel

I especially want to highlight the hotel owners, particularly the elderly couple, who were incredibly nice and welcoming to us and our two boys, making our stay at the Miramare Hotel feel like a home away from home

The food in the restaurant was magnificent and among the best I have ever had in Greece. I offer my highest recommendations and best wishes to the staff and the entire family responsible for running the hotel

They really are the heart of the hotel. The hotel has two large pools with plenty of sunbeds, and best of all, there was no need to rush down in the morning to reserve one

Choice of three pools or use the free bus which runs to the beach three times a day ! The food was nice enough but don't expect five star food at three star prices

just back after a 2 week family holiday for 12 7 adults 4 kids and a baby the hotel is at best 3 stars but very clean the food for me was awful so ate out every day the kids loved the pool and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly the man that does the excursions was extremely helpful and if you need to hire a car speak to him he is cheap and does all the hard work for you entertainment...

We had a lovely stay at Club Lyda Hotel and would definitely return. The staff were absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly and always willing to do whatever they could to make our stay better

Entertainment was minimal, but we stayed at the end of the season, so that might explain it. Overall, ignore the harsh reviews – this is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff, great pools, and good value for money

The hotel is nice, clean and the food is delicious. The rooms are large and cleaned daily. There are tree swimming pools beetwen trees and flowers. The restaurant serves, among others, Greek dishes

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

The pool area is ok but definitely has the feel of it having once been a car park or something. Breakfast is just ok, food selection is broad but the quality is really quite poor

The shot of the pool looks big when in reality it is much smaller. As it was really busy, we didn't want to swim in it. Breakfast is 5/10, same menu and pretty standard

Infinity Blue Hotel and spa is more like a three star hotel, than a four star one. Before booking this trip for three adults, I made sure to check the photos and reviews

We visited as a family of 5 in the October half term and couldn’t believe how quiet it was! Multiple times my children were the only ones around and in the pool, even though the pools were abit chilly the children still loved them! The water park was amazing and they children spent multiple hours in there also! The staff were outstanding, they went above and beyond every single day

Would suggest more entertainment, especially on Friday night (Thursday and Saturday were good but there wasn't much to do on Friday)

I have never seen staff work as hard as what they did especially at meal times when it was abit busier! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are massive! Bottles of water topped up every day in the room by room service! Very good location to! We went on multiple days out from georgioupolis, lake kournas to rethymno and chania! The hotel director was everywhere, making sure that the guests are well cared for… he even bid goodbye with us personally. We stayed in two bungalows with private pools and they were fabulous

After day of site seeing would be nic ti be able to use the pools. Staff was great, food was good

He always made a point to come talk to us and was very kind. I will also mention that my boyfriend was sick overnight and they offered to make him soup and checked in with him throughout the day which really meant a lot

I have so many wonderful things to say but I will start with the bartender Michael. He is extremely skilled at making drinks that are both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. He has a clear passion for what he does

First I would like to recognize the staff members that stood out and made our vacation enjoyable. Kalliope (front desk ), Michalis (bartender), Mr Theo (maitre) , Vaso (server) and the household staff

He always engaged in conversation and was happy to explain different drinks to me and I really enjoyed the rapport we had. Also Kalliopi the receptionist is extremely friendly and approachable

She was extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for us and I really enjoyed talking to her. Finally, Theodoris the maître d’ was very warm and hospitable

The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, the room was spacious and the housekeepers did a very good job keeping our room clean throughout the week

There are lots of facilities to enjoy, including a good-sized swimming pool, a gym, and extras like a pool table, bike hire, a hot tub, and a sauna—so there’s always something to do. The location is another big plus

It has a beautiful outside heated pool with super comfy sun loungers (which was perfect for us in April) , a beautiful spa, rooftop jacuzzi, gym area and rooftop bar. I 100 percent recommend this hotel

The service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to our overall experience. We stayed in a poolside room, which was very convenient and comfortable

Staff were friendly and helpful, they all spoke English very well which made everything very easy. Right next to the beach so you can easily go from the pool to the beach and back

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and absolutely loved it. We ungraded to a seaview room and it was perfect. The location is so handy and we walked into the port most days. The staff were warm and friendly

Pleasent hotel, with comfy rooms, fine food and nice water slides and pools. Starting with basics - room was specious enough, comfortable, with large bed. Bathroom may use some refreshment, but nothing to complain about

I have stayed over the weekend, with my husband. It was an amazing experience as the room was superb, clean and very comfortable with our private pool. The restaurant was also amazing and specially the staff

Reaching the beach requires few minutes walk and nearest beach is rather dirty, so we prefered to stay by the pools

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, plenty of tasty food available at all times of the day and the all-inclusive lager, wine, vodka and hot drinks are palatable - I got a few bottles of Pepsi Max from the onsite shop as the soft drinks were not great

We spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel. The infrastructure is well organized, and the staff is very helpful – special greetings to the gentleman from the main restaurant (outside area) from Liliana from Poland

Delicious pitas served between meels. Very good, polite and smiling service at bars. Great kudos to animation team! In many other hotels animations are cringe, but here we really enjoyed the shows and games

Wow - this hotel lives up to all the recent positive reviews! The staff are outstanding, from staying up late to welcome us and then waving us off, Mr Spiros (the owner) referred to the hotel as our home and it certainly felt that way

Hotel as clean, the beds were so comfortable. We had a swim up pool room first week and then a first floor bedroom at the back of the hotel where you get the sun in the afternoon and quieter in the evening

Pool area is very quiet and doesnt really get much sun in the day time until later, I only spent my first day around the pool and was alone most of the time, the rest of the time I went to the beach or excursions

The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool. I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable

There are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport nearby. Nearby one of my favourites to visit was Mare Mio beach and resto, €10 for a sunbed for the day and the food was lovely

-restaurant: Eating by the pool with sounds of violin and guitar during dinner was very nice. Great choice of food, never standing in line or waiting for a table

Special shout outs to Genti the barman, who was really funny; friendly and helpful, Elli and Yannis at reception, and the waiting staff at breakfast and dinner all lovely, friendly and helpful as I was travelling solo

The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away

The only thing that we could complain about was the pool area - the pool itself is stunning and overlooks the golf course BUT there are too few loungers and too few towels!!! So we arrived on one occasion to nowhere to sit and nothing to dry ourselves with - not ideal, one family with little children were all sat on one lounger! The pool area is not manned in any way so once the towels are gone they...

There were only a few people and we extended until 2 p.m. because of golf at 10:20 a.m. and we were charged a day use at €30, not very commercial, plus no rate on the Green Fée as a hotel guest... golf hotel not great

The room is very luxurious and spacious. The food was delicious and overall a great place to stay after a round of golf! I would reccommend staying here when playing golf or just if you look for some time to relax!

Staff went above and beyond our expectations! Lovely, friendly and helpful people. Once again, thank you guys! Hope we can come back in September. Hotel is quiet, classy and very comfortable. Highly recommended it.

The hotel was absolutely superb, we were there for a 3 night stay at the end of a weeks villa holiday and it was perfect. Rooms were massive, food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful
