Enorme Infinity Beach ex Infinity Blue in Hersonissos

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece. I stayed for a week!
Pros:
• The hotel staff are lovely, that is everybody from the house keepers to the kitchen and wait staff to the people at the front desk. Always smiling and polite. The lady who checked me in was super friendly and l liked that they actually took you to your room when you first check in that is a nice touch. Also just want to give a shout out to Julia the guest relations manager, such a lovely lady and very helpful when booking my excursion to Santorini.
• I stayed half board during my stay and honestly the selection of food was wonderful and I liked that they provided traditional Greek food which was great to try.
Dining area was clean and spacious and everything was great.
• Location is fantastic, you are literally a stone throw away from the beach and if you take a few minutes walk in the opposite direction you have no end of bars, restaurants and shops. Also ideal for booking excursions as the pick up/drop off points are all in close proximity.
• I stayed in a standard double room, the bathroom was nice and big, everything was nice and clean and the balcony was a great size.
• I really admire the check in system, I think it's very modern and forward thinking that everything is done through an app, the lady at the desk was so helpful and after a detailed explained it was a breeze. And I liked that I could check the app to find out things about the hotel and receive updates.

Cons:
• My tea and coffee making facilities were underneath my tv which | think could pose quite a hazard. Also the kettle was not safe! You could not even touch it after it boiled, whatever the insulation was I had to use a towel to pick the kettle up! Also I would have liked a duvet just as an option. And the bath towels were not big enough, they were just medium size hand towels.
• As I mentioned in the beginning, I booked this holiday through Jet2, four months after my booking they informed me that there was a €100 refundable breakage deposit. If I'm being honest, had I known about this before | booked I probably would not have booked this hotel. In fairness, I will say after checking out not long after the pending deposit was back in my account.
• Personally it would have been nice to have slippers and a robe in my room just in case I wanted to use the spa facilities and also because for a 4 star hotel I would expect that.
• When booking my excursion through the hotel I found it a bit awkward that they would only accept cash in regards to excursions as this meant I had to go to a ATM and withdraw money which ended with me paying £5
currency charge rate.

I don't know if I would stay here again if I'm being honest although overall my experience was good and as I mentioned in the pros there are a lot of great things about this hotel. I personally don't feel it's four stars and hence I don't feel that I kind of got my moneys worth. But I had a pleasant stay!

The hotel is relatively nice and clean, and the suites with jacuzzis are great. The breakfast is also complete, and the gym is a big plus. HOWEVER, the staff should forbid people from smoking during breakfast, even in the outdoor area — it’s disgusting to have to eat while surrounded by smoke. Also, the staff should not allow loud young guests to play ball games in the swimming pool, as it completely ruins the relaxing atmosphere.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful hotel — the first time was in 2023, and now again in 2025. My husband and I truly love it here! The service is excellent, and the staff is always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every guest’s needs.

I would especially like to thank two amazing people at the pool bar: George and Costas . They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their positive energy and warm attitude made our stay even more special and definitely encouraged us to come back again.

Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be returning!

I liked it all

Everything was perfect! Even though we were only there for one night, we were impressed by the facilities. The staff were friendly. As we had the breakfast option included with our night and had to leave very early they prepared a box lunch for us to eat before catching the plane.

I am really impressed by this hotel. It’s right by the beach, so when falling asleep you hear the waves - very soothing. If you have a room with sea (side) view it’s even better. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, lots of options to choose from to eat in the morning. Pool and gym area are great too. Reasonable prices. Everything about this hotel made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

That might be my best experience so far. Friendly and kind stuff and delicious food! The dinner experience is fantastic. Every day we got new surprises like wine tasting or even national dance performance. I participated in the animation they did afterwards, so cool. Cleaning was made every day, exceptional spotless rooms every time.
And I need to give my thanks to Zack - it felt like he was always there and we needed nothing with him around: this guy took care of everything. I really appreciate his hospitality.
The location is amazing: one of the most stunning night views in the marine nearby.
I am grateful for the team of stuff for fantastic vacation👏
