Royal Belvedere Hotel

This is our 4th visit to Crete and service has always been great until visiting this hotel. The staff especially at the pool bar are rude and lazy. We have had 2 incidents first our almost 2 year old was sick on the ground outside at the pool bar and we asked if there was something to clean it with. My wife got handed a cloth and told to bring it back. Then the guy ran over and said not to use it on the floor and took it off her. So we ended up cleaning it with baby wipes. The following night it had been raining and I asked at the pool bar if we could get chairs dried to sit on again was handed a damp cloth and told to return it. I said no I want something to dry the chairs that is wet. The lady behind the bar said "I don't know" and walked away.

Also we have visited the restaurant at least twice a day since we came and never once have we been greeted or asked if we want a drink or anything. Fair enough it's an all inclusive but this has been customary at all other hotels we have visited on the island.

This is a 4 star hotel but it doesn't have 4 star service.
