Villa Diamanti in Monemvasia

Quiet, beachfront inn with charming rooms ranging in size from moderate to family size apartments. Most rooms have balconies or deck areas with stunning sea views. The owner is a lovely woman who greeted us (weary travelers) with a smile and useful information. Location is a short 5-20 minute walk from restaurants and all major attractions. Pricing is good and won't break your wallet. We will gladly return in the future. The countryside in this area is beautiful, in the area, and there are many activities near by to keep your adventurous nature satisfied. We highly recommend Villa Doamanti when you visit Monemvasia.

Beautiful views, lovely property offering everything you would need. Only problem was total lack of signs on property. Sign just says Villa Plus on a very very small sign on a public lamp post. Eventually after a couple if hours git hold of local rep who we met up nearby and he showed the way. Really must get a villa name plate on the actual gate at the main entry!

Clean room right next to the water and convenient location.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The area is gorgeous!! One can walk everywhere. I loved the view of the Rock from the balcony. The beds were not very comfortable. I had great difficulty finding it at night as the sign is difficult to see in the dark.

Simple, clean guesthouse at 60 euros per night. It's OK for the price. No luxury. Simple rooms with a very small bathroom, more like a shower room (old-fashioned and little room to turn around), fridge, balcony, table and chair on the balcony and outside the building. The establishment faces the sea, the bedding and air conditioning are OK. The wifi works very well. All this just a stone's throw from a small beach and of course Monemvassia. Indoor parking. Small supermarket right next door.

The rooms were decent, a bit old but clean. You have the sea at your garden whicg is great. Really close to monemvasia which is a must to visit.

Villa Diamanti is located at a village called Gefyra and you only need 2 minutes by car or 10 by foot to reach Monemvasia. The view from the rooms is breathtaking, since you can see the rock of Monemvasia and the Port beside the bridge. The rooms are a little bit old and can be improved, but the people working there are very polite and helpful. It also has it’s own parking area. Best part, you can hear the sea waves while sleeping.

We've had a lovely stay there. The hotel is very close to the beach and local shops. The view from our window was stunning! The hosts were friendly and polite.

The place brings 80s vibes (old furniture and doors) but it's clean, tidy and with a great Seaview at a reasonable price. It has private parking spaces and it's very close to the center. Overall our staying there was nice but an update to modern standards is needed
