Great location, clean rooms, comfortable bed
Cons: no tea/coffee/drinking water in the room; odor of sewer in the bathroom at night. AC difficult to operate.

This hotel, dating back to the 17th century, is indeed old. The rooms have very high ceilings and a small balcony facing the sea. The most bizarre thing is that they only provide blankets, not quilts. Perhaps it's because it's summer. The bathroom is very old and has a small bathtub. The cleanliness is so-so; there was a layer of dust on the telephone, suggesting other areas weren't very clean either. The room floor was carpeted.

The cafe off of this hotel is beautiful! Lovely atmosphere and beautiful seating and style. Full bar and coffee stand with friendly staff.

We loved this property! It's right in the harbor with excellent views of the boats and the sea. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's so gorgeous and classic inside! You feel like you are in a luxury hotel from 100 years ago, with beautiful wood furnishings, elegant furniture, etc. I 100% intend to return and could not recommend this place more.

So. Me, myself, I have not been to any hotels, but. But. This one was, is and will be one of the greatest places I have been to. We got room 214. The view was amazing.

My hotel room smelled like mold coming from the air vents. When I informed the hotel staff they made of lies about it bring perfume or pipe cleaner they sprayed around all the hotel despite my room being the only one that smelled terrible out of our whole tour group.

The staff was hostile and dismissive to my safety concerns, and I had to spend most of the night in the bathroom because the smell made me feel sick and persistent despite all my efforts to get rid of it.

I will never come back here as nobody cares about guest experience or safety.

Certainly a nice looking hotel with magic looks and perfect location. However all this nice looking place results in a cold atmosphere with no soul. Service is far behind expectations as most of the staff does not understand the essence of customer service and satisfaction.
Not a place where to have lunch or dinner. For breakfast, orange juice is not fresh, in an area all surrounded by orange trees.
