We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Patricia Studios. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the pool was the perfect refreshment after a warm day. Breakfast was delicious, and the warm, heartfelt welcome from the receptionist made us feel right at home. We would definitely love to come back!

The hotel is located within Rhodes City. It offers a decent breakfast. It provides an authentic experience. The staff are very helpful, especially Konstantin, who is incredibly kind and attentive. You can easily walk down to the town square. Of course, there are many other beautiful places to visit in Rhodes as well. Definitely check out Lindos.

But the nicest beach is only a few steps across the street and you could easily have a nice maybe 15-20 mins walk in between lemon trees to get to old town. We stayed in our last holiday trip to Rhodes, the location was great near to amenities and local Taverns. Their breakfast was basic, but you get what you pay. Our room was okay, clean and basic, while the bathroom had seen better days. To be fair, the bathroom was clean. They don’t have 24/7 reception which made it difficult to check out.

Lovely pools room not equipped for self catering. No chest of draws just a small wardrobe with 5 hangers. The bathroom has no shelves to put your toiletries on. Some days smell of drains in the room was quite bad. Some of the staff were ok the french waiter in pool bar made you think he was doing you a favour when asking for gyros at lunch time. Spent 2 weeks in Terinikos from 12th to 26th June. Absolutely brilliant. Comfy bed and great shower and a spacious balcony. Lovely pool and bar area. Trees and plants everywhere. Extremely clean with the pool area hosed down every evening. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Extremely quiet yet the shops, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. Everything was excellent, the apartment was very clean, the host Vasilis was super great, so kind, he even baked us a pastry and brought my husband a cake for his birthday 😀 I would absolutely recommend the apartment to all who wants to have a wonderful holiday.

I cannot praise this place enough, because for the price we paid this was truly amazing experience. It is in a walking distance to the town centre, bus station and amazing beaches. Obviously not being luxurious, the apartment was fully equipped with all you need for a holiday stay; Air-conditioning, washing machine, kettle, kitchen ware, hair dryer, proper fridge, lovely balcony with a drying rack...

Once we located reception late evening and talked to one of the owners who checked us in,everything was really good. We had a studio overlooking the sea and pool/snack bar, which was worth the extra money but the only negative was it can be noisy because there is a service road in front of the building which deliveries and bin men use. Truly one of my favorite hostels ever! The staff were some of the kindest people I’ve met on my trip. They’re so quick to help out and put together great family gatherings and do their best to bring the group together. I stayed 3 nights but could stay so much longer. 10 out of 10. Great location, nice and varied common areas, great staff. Great selection of breakfasts, smoothies, coffee and snacks on the menu. Luggage room at no extra charge. The private room was small but cozy, with a balcony on a quiet part of the house, where you couldn't hear the fun from the bar in the evening, and the shower and toilet were not even really common, but only for two rooms at...

Great hostel with a social environment. Clean, convenient, nice staff, and the bar downstairs has a great atmosphere and a range of tasty, affordable food and drinks (on some evenings dinner free with a drink!). Can personally vouch for amazing sandwiches, smoothies, frappe and mastiha spritz!! The activities organised are great and it's a really chilled and friendly atmosphere, easy to make friends...

Good spot, was a pleasant surprise when I ordered a 2 people for a 6 man dorm and we ended up with our own room with a shared bathroom. Only issue we had was the AC kept freezing over and leaking water into the room! I’m sure this will be fixed in the near future. Great staff with cheap food and beer at the bar. We also did the sunset cruise for €25 which was great, hopefully I’ll be back soon.

It's a very comfortable place near the beach, clean, and with excellent service. We were only women in the room for 3, very comfortable and tidy. 10/10

A fantastic team of staff in place that were helpful when we needed support to order taxis or queries about recommendations for good places to visit. Lovely place to stay, nice and quiet apart from one family shouting screaming drunk as skunks at stupid o'clock. View was great, owners and staff were brilliant. I had a broken shower head, the owner heard me call through to the missus about water going everywhere, within seconds the owner was at the door apologising and had it fixed within 10 minutes and even offered to give us another room which...

My friends & I have just returned from a one week stay here. We loved it . The accommodation was clean & spacious. The staff were very kind friendly & welcoming. The apartment complex is family run & has a lovely homey feel. Located approximately ten minutes from falarki centre , we walked in the first morning but got taxis every other time. The apartments are overlooking falarki with stunning views...

If you are visiting please feed and water the cats and kittens, they are all strays and rely on the tourists. Local rescue has been contacted and they will neuter during winter but they won’t go to feed them. We loved our holiday, but very sad to leave the cats behind.
