Hotel is clean and spacious and definitely one of the best ones in Rhodes, main issue is that there is no separation from the adult only and family parties and therefore can be very noisy around the pools and buffet dining. Spa visit- during my weeks visit to the Kresten Royal I visited the spa twice. I had a lovely back, neck and Shoulder massage from Vaso and I was so impressed I rebooked for a further Full body massage with a body wrap and facial. Great hotel, excellent choice of foods, drinks, restaurants. Kids will love the slide pool, as will parents who can sun bathe whilst keeping an eye on them in the not too deep water. We stayed in a twin room with sea view. The room was clean, the air conditioner was silent. The food (breakfast and dinner) was great, the store inside the hotel was very helpful and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only thing we missed was the sand, because the beach is pebbled and there are also rocks in the sea. Overall, it was a very nice experience!

2 beaches are located nearby. Bus stop is 5 minutes away. Service is nice, always smiley and helpful. Family rooms are clean. (We were talking to people with basic rooms and would recommend to pay more for the upgraded ones). For night entertainment, it is crucial to travel to the city (Rhodos). Some rooms are too noisy because of the main street. A-C costs 5 EUR per day. Bathroom is too small. Swimming pool is open only between 9-18. You should also open pool bar in the evening, now it closes at 17:30. Bus stop is so dirty. And pool for children is not for very small children.

I liked your entrance hall and services mainly in your restaurant, so pleasant employees and there is clear environment. But you should improve a bathroom in hotel's rooms and a balcony with its view. In my opinion your breakfasts are very monotonous. At present time I don't understand paid air conditioning...

I will definetly come back! The front desk was very welcoming and the guest service ladies were ausome!!! My son needed special food and everybody were so willing to help. At night the shows were wonderful. The pillows were the fluffiest I have ever slep in. We were staying in room 303 - view pointing to the pool. Lovely hotel, very clean and staff very friendly. A wide choice of food which caters for everyone, you will never go hungry. If you have a sunbed in the garden area, you have plenty of room to spread out. The entertainment team seem to work hard and engage with the guests. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
