Dias Studios & Suites in Faliraki

We recently stayed at Dias Studios in Faliraki, Rhodes, and overall had a lovely experience. It’s a family-run hotel with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and we really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to assist us with directions and bus routes. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Faliraki and 25 minutes to the beach, with a bus stop to Rhodes Old Town just 10 minutes away — making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The room was clean, with plenty of storage and a spacious balcony perfect for quiet evenings. We also loved the peaceful pool area, which was often nearly empty during our September stay, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating and day beds to relax on. That said, we did experience a few minor issues during our stay. Due to a plumbing problem, we were placed at a nearby hotel for the first night, which was frustrating after a long journey — but the staff handled it kindly by offering us a free airport transfer and a late checkout. Once in our original room, we noticed some small maintenance issues like a broken shower holder and a couple of non-functioning light switches. The bathroom design also meant the floor would get quite wet after showering, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor inconveniences, we genuinely enjoyed our stay at Dias Studios. The kind and attentive staff, relaxing atmosphere, and convenient location made it a great choice for a quiet getaway in Faliraki. We’d happily recommend it to others looking for a well-priced, friendly place to stay.

We visited here on 12th of August for 4nights as we attending our daughters wedding as drove along a dusty road we wasn't sure what to expect check in was fast and hassle free and welcoming staff as we enter our rooms we was very happy and the private pool was exactly like the pictures. The room itself was modern and clean just becareful of the step up and down. Free toiletries but we had our own. The beds was a good size and comfy. The rooms with private pool made our holiday absolutely lovely. The staff at this hotel were so polite and friendly even the cleaner lady was so helpful. Breakfast was ok for the size of the dining area. It's a good 15min walk into the centre so hire a car if you can to get around the island. We did have lunch one day and it was also worth the money. My only gripe was the choice of English tv channels but didn't spoil our time. If we go to Greece again Dias studios will be our first choice.

Very well run family hotel, quiet and would highly recommend, nothing is to much bother...

We stayed in July, we had a room with private pool and garden . It was lovely modern . Great shower. Bed lovely big and comfortable. We had black out blinds so very good. Breakfast was great a lovely choice. The family run studios is so well kept the cleaner was fab came every day and we always had fresh towels. The family are lovely and very helpful arranged taxi journeys for us to a bay and helped me arrange a horse riding trip. I found location very good as it was a 10 minute walk into town. Food also good for a bite for lunch etc. I would definitely return, lovely relaxed resort.

We stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect. Pool is enough to relax and chill. Staff is also kind and ready to help. Breakfast is better than i expected.

An overall great trip. Airport collection organised through the hotel, €35 each way. We were staying in A1 which had its own private little pool. Room was nice and modern. Had decent enough cooking facilities. House keeping came everyday and did a great job. There was a good selection of breakfast items, both cooked and continental. The mousses were a particular favourite of mine. Location wise, it was about a 10 minute walk into the Main Street. Only downside of the location is that it is on a main dual carriageway and the rooms are not near soundproof. Also the curtains are not blackout and are poorly fitted so if you like to have a long lie, bring an eye mask and earplugs Would 100% recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return.
